The redhead lady “Alex” must be brain-dead gave her $100 bill to put $40 on my Starbucks card she did not give me My change I had to ask for it also I gave her another six dollars I had change coming back from that too once again I had to ask…. Then I had to ask and remind her about my everything bagel with cream cheese…horrible service
The lines are long, and out the door usually. I recommend calling ahead to place your order (you’ll still have to wait in line to pay). The quickest and most efficient way I’ve found is to just order online or via their app – then you can come in and just go straight to picking up your food. The store has a great layout, and is huge with lots of open space for seating (as well as outdoor seating too!!) You can tell the staff is new, and still in training. I think they just need to work on organization. Most of them look like young kids, too. Maybe hiring some adults that have the experience necessary, would do the business well? At least for the opening month. The staff is friendly, I get greeted as soon as I open the door to enter. When you tip – you get thanked by almost everyone working – so that’s a bonus. Makes it a lot more personal. I really like their rewards program (every 9 subs, your 10th is free). The managers in charge seem to be handling the crazy business, too. They’re always overly nice and willing to make every situation better. I’m wondering if it’ll stay this busy in the next few weeks. Definitely look forward to coming here again, I’ll give this place their last start when the waiting time drops a little. It’s understandable, but still as a costumer, no one likes to wait for 20 minutes.
Disappointed! The guy at the window knew my drink was wrong. I asked him why it looked wrong. He handed it to me anyway then told me “sorry I can’t fix it”. Is this our new normal? Pay $6 for an incorrect drink and be stuck with it?
This place is a quick fun to get the kids out of the house food was decent for what you pay for the games and rides are fun for both adults and kids. It can get expensive for the tokens to play the games but at the end of the day its worth the fun for the kids.
Love that all the staff are wearing masks and gloves! Courtney and Autumn were so helpful in helping me find the best bridesmaid dress for my best friend’s wedding! Thank you so much for the attention to detail to all the bridesmaids and the mother of the bride.
The parking lot is huge! No issies where to park. This new Starbucks location is big as a cruis ship. Inside, the interior is fresh new and really comfy. This is my second visit because I found it suitable for work. I am sitting near a big window, with my laptop opened and and getting ready to check my emails.Brand new seats that are very comfortable for stretch out. Most of the clients are drive-thru and the place for sure is not crowded.Actually, its pretty quiet and I am using it for a cheap remote office.Frendly and enthusiastic staff.Actually, they are not in a hurry with the orders. No matter that I am the only one client early in the morning in took them 4 – 5 minute to take my order and they needed 5 min more to prepare my beloved latte with freshly baked cookies.
