I know what it means to live with destructive life patterns and a negative busy mind, feeling trapped…with no power. By working on my mind I flipped the script and created a happy, fulfilling and joyful life for myself. With my skillful guidance my clients have a fast release to hold back trauma and emotions while learning how to utilize the mind as the biggest asset we have. Through personal hypnotherapy sessions we create new behaviors and beliefs. I offer everyone a journey of discovery through the mind, releasing all the “I can’ts”, “I’m stuck” and “I’m too afraids’ , pointing each client to a world filled with “I did it!”, “I feel peaceful and happy” and “I have a voice”. As a result my clients start living better lives: having more fulfilling and better paying jobs, creating and improving relationships. They leave the hypnotherapy with a clear mind feeling stronger and happier equipped with the practical tools for life.
