Customers feel like part of the family every time they walk in the door at Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop. Although famous for the best Philly Cheesesteak outside of Philadelphia, they also roast whole, fresh turkeys overnight.

Horrible.  For $20 I could buy two roasts.  Meat at best is 1/4 inch thick.  RIP OFF.  But some meat on the sandwich!  Never going back.  Horrible horrible horrible. Chicken sandwich at Popeyes is 1/4 the price and twice the meat.  Don’t go here please.

I regularly visit the location on Nature Park Drive as I live very near.  Today, our Capastrami sandwich had a long hair embedded in the sandwich.  This was so totally disgusting anddirty.  We ended up dumping the rest of the sandwich.  I called the location and they agreed to refund the amount paid for that sandwich.  I won’t be visiting this location again.

i had a very simple takeout order At Capriotti’s at Nature Park/ Aliante Pkwy,  Medium turkey sub, no tomato, no lettuce, no onion And repeated it after clerk took order.  Get home and unwrap sub and is piled high with onions, lettuce and tomato Plus had vinegar and oil which isn’t even listed on the menu for the sandwich. Scraped all the garbage off I didn’t want on sandwich and had several bite that were of bone and gristle.  As unappetizing I find the snell of raw onion once I had the mouthful of gristle I couldn’t eat the sandwich. My don pointed out i had bones and gristle in my sandwich the last time we ordered from the Nature Park location in N Las Vegas. Only stopped at this location due to being in area. Definitely would drive further to avoid this location.

The 1 star rating isn’t about the food. It’s about their service counter being full of dust. The card reader is oily, and surrounded by gunk. The rest of the service desk is just full of dust and there was obvious neglect over weeks. When I made a comment to the cashier who took my order about getting their service area cleaned he just shrugged his shoulders as if there was nothing to be done.If the service desk was that filthy I cannot comprehend just how unkempt the rest of the shop is and what other food safety and health code violations exist. I am not going back even if I enjoy their sandwiches, this particular branch needs to be avoided.

This is the first time that I got a sub from this Capriotti’s location in the Santa Fe Station. My turkey/stuffing/cranberry/mayo sandwich was a mess. It came with way too much mayo and cranberry sauce slopped all over the OUTSIDE of the roll. The roll was completely drenched in mayo and cranberry sauce.  It was an 18″ sub, so $20.49 was wasted. It was a takeout order, so the mess was not discovered until my husband brought it home for us.  The entire roll was slick, soggy, and unappetizing. We are local, and frequently buy from the food venues inside of the Santa Fe Station.  We will NOT be buying anything from this location inside of the Santa Fe Station Casino in the future. Lesson learned.

Absolute trash sandwich shop. Minimal amount of meat, soggy bread, and veggies on their way to expiring. It should be clear just by looking at the menu that this shop is trying to gouge you – they list 4 different sizes of sandwiches, starting with a half size at $8. I did a size up for $11, and it was the smallest sandwich I’ve ever seen…..mostly because they don’t put anything on it! You would be better off going to Subway and getting the kids meal.

Great place to get a sandwich party tray. I called in my order a few hours prior to pickup and picked up the party tray on the agreed time. Plenty of parking space (next to the 99 cent store). The Team there arehardworking and great. Thanks guys – My party was hit with my party platter sandwhiches/chips/ fix’in and of course drinks, and great patio weather  🙂 . See you soon for the next summer fun.

My sandwich was obviously premade sitting in the icebox or cooler, vegetables were all soaked and  mushy. With that very high counter, you cannot see how your sandwich is being made but that’s besides the point my sandwich was premade .Never again.
