I actually did call and leave a voice mail about my issue right after it happened but never got a returned call.  I didn’t do the review until recently, because actually after all that time of not hearing back from you, you solicited to me for more service.  The wound you created two years ago was opened up again and that’s why I decided to respond to your text and once again with no response, and decided a Yelp review was appropriate.

Amazing customer service! We haven’t had our windows clean for years and finally decided to find someone reliable and cost effective. I like the fact Desert Vista is a local family owned business. Efficient and well done!  Complete inside and outside cleaning, and required very little prep on my part.  One worker by himself, and I was amazed how great my windows looked.  Would definitely recommend.

I have a full mirror wall (vaulted, no less) that is a pain to clean–and was in desperate need. Called desert vista and they recommended adding in the outside windows to be done as well for a better value. Was a very reasonable rate, so we booked. WOW!!  My windows and mirror wall were sparkling clean!! Would recommend 100%

Boy, did my windows need cleaning!!!  And, boy, am I glad that I found Desert Vista Window Washing!!!  When you are good at what you do, things look effortless – it would have taken me twice as long to wash my windows. With an unsatisfactory result. So happy that I found Desert Vista on Yelp!!!

These guys did an amazing job washing my windows and screens! I didn’t realize  how dirty they were until now! I even ran into the back door a couple times cause I thought it was open, haha!Fast, professional and well worth the price.

I clean my windows all the time.  I thought I kept them clean but THIS is clean.  The only reason initially I hired David (since I thought I kept my windows clean) is because of an accent window over my patio cover that I can’t reach.  So I figured he could clean the outside of the rest while he was here.  And because he cleans the tracks and the patio door screen could use a cleaning too.  He not only left everything sparkling but he even wiped down the rolling shutter boxes!  Everything looks really amazing.  Thanks!By the way, when I reached David I was only inquiring on getting the one window cleaned.  The one I couldn’t reach.  Everyone else really wouldn’t hear me and pretty much wouldn’t budge on giving me a break to come clean this one window.  David was the only empathetic one who cared enough to LISTEN and offered a very reasonable price to come and clean just 1 window for me.  But after we spent some time on the phone, for the price he charged for what he did, I decided to have him clean them all.  Good guy!!
