    All I can say, this place sucks!! My fiancé and I came in here to look for a dress for her. We didn’t have an appointment but the place didnt have any customer(s) and the gentleman asked us to wait. We waited for about 25-30 minutes and the staff were all chatting and ignoring us. one of them looked at us like we couldn’t afford a dress. So we decided to go elsewhere and bought a $2,000 dress for my fiancé.

    I am personally did not have the most magical experience that I hoped for at David’s Bridal. Jayla was the person that assisted me and my party and her character was unprofessional towards us. She seemed annoyed, impolite, and quick tempered. When it came to try on several dresses and questions about alternations on the dress she was rude and her countenance was uncomfortable.

    Thankful for Laura In Alterations! She’s such a sweet soul who deserves the world. She made my experience here! Accidents happen and the team made an effort to fix it. My only complaint is that alterations are very overpriced,  just a heads up.

    HORRIBLE MANAGER! I won’t even say costumer service from the sales rep because they were super helpful. Manager started talking about me to another coworker but little did she know my friend was also there hearing her every word. Gave me a hard time about my dress refund (when I have every right to a refund). Manager spoke to me with a huge attitude and did not want to deal with me personally. I would highly recommend to go to another Davids bridal (if you have to go there) if not go to a whole different bridal shop. NEVER AGAIN.

    The manager at this store and girl I talked to in the front today was super helpful. All my bridesmaids and mom got their dresses here. The dresses are good but today I had the worst customer service experience from the alterations department. My call somehow got picked up by a lady in the back when I was on hold while they checked on a dress order. The lady in the alterations In the back picked up and unprofessionally said what’s up can I help u sounding super aggressive and mad. And I said I’m on hold and she said well you’re on our intercom so what did you need. (As If this was my fault. ) She was so rude and it wasn’t necessarily what she said but how unprofessional she spoke to me. Don’t pick up the phone if you can’t be professional to a customer. I’m very irritated and don’t plan on recommending it here after that experience.

    Okay here we go.. Yes, horrid review but this will be the truth and not an embellish Wha Wha tail!We started off like any excited Family with my sister got engaged on Dec.24th, starting our clock to planning and creating my Sis’s dream wedding! Which first stop was to find the dress, that lead me to call all the major wedding dress shops in the city, David’s Bridal being on the list the 2600 W. Sahara location being the larger venue with more style of dresses! Spoke with Brittney that was a positive interaction made sis appt an that was that. Fast word to the day our Appt, it was @10:30am we got there 15min early our stylist Shirley was still with a pervious guest that was fine we were told to look around and that was the extent of the interaction with the other employs, so my sister an her made of honor started looking around finding ideas as to the style she was looking for when the Manager Sarah whips around an starts scolding my sister like a Child telling her she is not allowed to touch the dresses an that she has to wait for her styles, that only styles can touch or handle the dresses! Now thankfully I was not around or I would have gone Nuclear! NO ONE has the RIGHT to EVER talk to a client that was spending really good money at that stupid establishment in that regarded!That had made my sister feel like trash she honestly was not that excited to even continue looking or even try on dresses! Her stylist heard this an all she could do was apologize but the damages was done! So, we find the Dress the 2 veils a fingertip and cathedral style, her Tiera as well the Custome bag! We placed the order and paid for the items, then NOTHING no emails or confirmations NOTHING! so by late February I Reach out to the Store and spoke with a person called Efy that was her name! let’s just say she is the type of person that the mall is open, but no one is shopping, she states that there is no order or even bride info on my sister’s item, this is end of February so I ask to speak with a manager an I get Jessica she was aggressive an quite condescending, I give her receipt numbers an all info, they were able to find my sisters information an said that the dress would arrive sometime in march an then hangs up on me, That was the interaction. So, march passes an still no email or nothing about the dress or items, so I go there an have to deal with Railey an Dawn the cashiers, they were having a blast in their own conversations, they could not even focus enough to type the cell number into the computer to find the orders calls the manager an once again I get Sarah an her charming personality! they say that the dress an fingertip vail are on back order to just check in periodically! It was so bad I started call the Henderson location to get info on my sister’s item, there manager Ms. Julieann who is now the new manager at the Sahara location she is Fantastic! was helping me to find the vail an Dress. So sis vail arrives March 24th an is told that her dress would be in the next day by an amazing employ Edwardo, so on March 26th I call to verify that the dress is in, I am once again reassured the dress is in the store, arrive an nothing no dress no where, I was So PISSED an i had an appt i had to go to so i spoke with another emply sara not the manager she says she will get to the bottom of it an to leave my number, with in 40 min she calls me an states that the dress weas picked up March 7th, I ashore her that we have no dress! she says that she has to reorder the dress an that is would arrive late April. I call today an Edwardo told me that the dress was in store an that everything was present!   I arrive an like magic he has is ready for me an he just smiles an says he is so sry, honestly that was what lead me to calm down. okay yes this was a LONG Review but I want future bride to never go throw what we did, Weddings are stressful enough! I hope with the watchfully eye of Ms. Julieann the store gets better!

    My shopping experience was great! I had found the dress I wanted, but it needed to be altered. I never second guessed having David’s Bridal alter my dress, I trusted them completely. The day of my fitting, less than 24 hours before my wedding I went in and nothing that had been discussed was done to my dress and the alterations team had no clue how to close up my dress because it literally had just two long pieces of ribbon attached to each side when I was told it would close up like a corset. The alterations team scrambled together to find the best solution possible within an hour. I was not completely satisfied, but with less than 24 hours before my wedding I had to make do. If your dress needs to be altered TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE!

    Ladies please request Courtney at Henderson NV location as your sales rep in your dress shopping! She is an angel. My original sales rep (Rose) kept changing the arrival time of my dress and she wasn’t updating me of all changes. I had to call the store and even come in just to find out the updates about my dress. It was very stressful dealing with her and not knowing anything. In the end I decided to cancel my order and Rose started treating me bad. She was staring me down in a very bad way and I felt like she was going to attack me. I felt awful and my fiance was with me too to witness what happened. He is very upset of what happened and how Rose treated me. But thank God for Courtney she took over the situation and helped me through this stressful process. She was amazing the entire time. Courtney was very kind and helpful. I will definitely recommend Courtney to all my bride friends and Co workers for their dress shopping. I hope no one else goes through what I went through with Rose.

    I would not recommend coming here. I came here and bought my family to buy flower girls dresses and sandals. No one helped us during check in or helped us where we could have them try on their dresses on. May I remind you we found a fitting room there was no signs and the rooms was available. You figure this is something you can help yourself. We had them try on their dresses. One worker told us I’m sorry this room is only for alterations. When we checked in you should have been assigned to someone, but NO! My daughter was very excited until she had ruined that exciting moment that lady could’ve help us assigned to someone instead of looking for someone! Do not come here and waste your time! They just lost my sell and referrals. Horrible customer service and very limited selections and sizes anyways. We are never coming here again.
