I made my appointment easily online. I arrived and completed my paperwork. The receptionist was friendly and explained my options for payment. I was able to complete my case history on their tablet device with ease. I saw Dr. Katz, who was witty and knowledgeable. Great experience!

I needed a repair to my glasses, lens came out of the frame. It was a quick and easy fix for the technician at LensCrafters……very much appreciated !

I visited LensCrafters with an optical prescription in hand. I asked for the frame area that would be included in my optical insurance. The customer service rep pointed me to the right section and asked me what I was interested in purchasing. I stated, “the best that my insurance will cover.” I was wearing progressive lenses and he said that my insurance wouldn’t cover the same lense but he could do lined bifocal instead. I accepted.  When I was picking up my new glasses, I asked the customer service rep if they needed to be fitted to my face. He told me that wasn’t necessary because they looked good on me. Of course, I had to go back a week later because they DID need fitting because they kept sliding down my face.  This experience was 6 months ago. Every day since then I’ve struggled with my bifocals because I can’t see in a mid-range. Nearly everything is in my mid-range vision: laptop, books, car navigation, etc. All day long I’m titling my head so far back to see out of the bottom of the lenses to see properly that I look like an open pez dispenser.  Frustrated by the ongoing hassle, I called my insurance company to ask why trifocal aren’t covered. They informed that they were covered.  I contact LensCrafter’s corporate office and they said that I needed to speak with the local LensCrafter. I called the Las Vegas LensCrafter and the customer phone rep told me that my prescription wasn’t written for trifocals and this was my eye doctor’s decision. I called my eye doctor and learned the the lense prescription was written correctly so it appears that LensCrafter cannot to a decent job.I’ve got 5 more months of this annoying thing of NOT BEING ABLE TO SEE properly because LensCrafters is a poorly run company.I do not recommend LensCrafters.

The doctor is good. The only issue I want everyone to know is if you go for a contact lens exam make sure that you understand if you have astigmatism it’s an extra hundred dollars on top of the exam. I would call around to get other places for a contact lens exam and ask them if they charge extra for the astigmatism price. Two years ago, they never charged me for this.

We came in looking for frames and received excellent service from Matt. He was so down to earth and not full of himself. He joked around but still stayed professional and gave great suggestions. Our experience was awesome. We ended up walking out with 3 frames instead of 2 and definitely will be back for a 4th pair. Thank you so much Matt for the awesome service!

I walked in the door and a man was leaning on the counter about 40 feet from the door. He called from his position asking if we need help. He waited until I got to him. I had my prescription in my hand and told him I wasn’t sure whether I had eye insurance. He was very rude and said,”What do you want me to do?!” It’s not like spend everyday dealing with insurance and/or know what options are available. He was very dismissive. We walked out.

I went in on April 5th to get my father new glasses. I was immediately greeted by the most friendly person named Steve. He spent about an hour with us giving me and my father several options. He gave us a great deal saved about $150. I recommend anyone to go there as I went to several other places and they were a lot more expensive and the customer service was bad compared to Steve at LensCrafters. Go there and ask for Steve! You won’t regret it!

Juan Estrada, Store Market Manager was very helpful in repairing my eye glasses. A screw was missing and the arm fell off. I have purchased glasses at this store several times. They carry a large selection of eye wear. LensCrafters will always adjust your glasses for free. Very pleased with their service and specials.
