    Best experience ever!. I had a great sales rep that helped me pick out one of my dream glasses and did everything to ensure I went home a happy customer.  I legit had an eye appointment, picked out my new prescription reading glasses and was able to go home with them in under an hour. Thank you Melodie for taking care of me and please  know I think you did a fantastic job. Can’t wait to go back and get my next pair.

    Racist and vile. Came in for an appointment with excellent insurance. No deductible with any exam included not to mention $600 to spend on glasses or contacts. Vee and Josh went out of their way to discriminate against me, when I called her out she refused me service. Blatant racism. If you are black bring someone and be prepared to go somewhere else. They are big racist here!!!

    What do you do with your sunglasses when the lens  cracks and you already have too many pairs and you now want a pair of prescription sunglasses?  That’s right, take em to LensCrafters!!Other places make you buy new frames and make you start from scratch.  I asked around and found out that LensCrafters will take your old frame, if it’s in good condition and put in prescription lenses.  Sold!!Everyone was nice and friendly.  I asked if they could adjust another pair of sunglasses I had that went wonky, and they did. I already used my benefits so they just gave me a discount.

    Employees are nice, doctor is nice, glasses were ready within the time they said they would be. We found some decent frames and happy with the prescription. The only thing that left us feeling a little off was the waiting area chairs. We also noticed a weird smell to them. There’s some funky looking stains on them. I don’t even wanna know! LolThey’re not expensive chairs so I’m confused why they don’t just toss that crap in the dumpster and replace them. Come on guys!

    I needed an everyday pair of glasses. My vision insurance is not accepted by my optometrist in Cali, but LensCrafter does. I opted for Ray-Ban Mega Wayfarer, which was I stock. Joey, was the optician and got me measured, and cleaned my current eyewear in 15 minutes!Ready in a week or so!

    I just got billed from my insurance that this location let someone who isn’t me used my insurance to purchase glasses here on December 7th. I guess they don’t check for any type of identification, or insurance card here. I don’t even live in Nevada. Buyers beware! I am filing a fraud report.

    I feel this place saved my life. I had my son and I booked for eye exams and the picture of my eyes alerted doctor Chu that both optic nerves were bulging and I needed an MRI to confirm what is going on. Long story short; ended up in Summerlin ER and a tumor  was found. Had it removed a week later. Thank you Dr Chu and his staff; life savers!

    When you initially walk in the sales team is very friendly and welcoming. However, the receptionists for the optometry portion of the store have a horrible attitude with the doctors and it makes you feel uncomfortable as you stand there and watch them give attitude to their colleagues right in front of you. Dr. Katz is amazing and I would definitely recommend him! He’s fairly new to the office and has taken great care of my eyes and shows genuine interest in the health of my eyes.

    I have waited the amount of time they estimated initially for my sons glasses. I called the first time and they said they were expecting them that same day to wait for a call. I waited a week more, I called again and the staff acts offended that I am asking about the glasses. They tell me they were shipped to another store by mistake and that they actually don’t know the whereabouts, instead of offering a faster solution or at the very least an apology, they act even more offended and say they will figure out a solution. I asked to be looped in on what thats going to be so that I can have an estimated time. The doctor side and the staff are really nice, very professional and attentive. I do recommend them.
