Buffalo Wild Wings

One of the worst BWW locations service wise.  The chefs are the only thing keeping it alive. Do not go after 7 PM. And they close early

Ordered through the app and was very specific. The wings were old, but they gave us chicken tenders instead of the sandwich I ordered. When I tried to call (3 times), the phone puts you on hold for one minute, then hangs up. So we couldn’t even call to have them correct the order before going. So my husband ended up missing the first period of the hockey game. Not cool.

This place sucks. Customer service is nonexistent and food is mediocre at best. With the exception of Christopher who took our order (he’s awesome), this is undoubtedly the worst BWW I’ve ever been to. This location either needs to hire staff to accommodate the business or shut down.

The food was alright but the service was just bad. To start they seated us but took a good 20 minutes before someone came to our table-to greet us or to even take our order.I’d understand if it was busy but It was literally only 3 tables Our server Ariana hardly checked on our table, only dropped off our food , we ordered hot spicy food and not once offered refills. i had to ask if we could get some refills for our table. Which by the way she didn’t look happy to. Another table kept having to get up to look for her to ask her for things. When it came time to ask for my tab and a to go box i didn’t even bother i just went to the register to my surprise the girl did not assist me she said i had to get with my server. I was reluctant to even tip how crappy our service was, i still did but it felt as if we were a nuisance to this establishment i will not be going to this location ever again, reading the reviews i see my experience was not the only one. save your money and go to the centennial location.

This location is definitely great for sporting events in TV. Came here to hang out with a dear friend from the Islands when I was in town. The food was basic. Lots of fried food ( comfort lol) choices. We ordered a chicken Ceasar salad, brisket nachos and tater tots. Benjamin our server was nice.

We have been going to this location for at least 5 years and watched the service and food quality continue to decline. We were there last night. The service was horrible (I understand you are short staffed but even so) and the food mediocre at best. We will be going to a different location from now on!

I’ve had a lot of bad experiences at other BWW locations, but our server Melissa was amazing. She was so attentive and helpful. It was a bit busy right before the dinner rush but we were seated in about 10 minutes. We had the BOGO trad wings on a Tuesday. We each got a couple of drinks. I feel like their drinks were too sweet to the point that I couldn’t taste any alcohol. Overall BWW is a decent spot for wings, the service is hit or miss. But this location served us well. Went after the lunch rush on a Friday. Seated quickly but slow for a server to come to the table. Ordered an iced tea and there was no ice, so lukewarm. Asked server for ice. Ordered Wings and also Tater Tots. The server suggested the Hatch Queso, for the tots and we said yes. Food brought out by other person, no Queso and server had still not come back with ice for the iced tea. Food was good but server wasn’t. I’ve ordered large online  to-go orders from here for work several times and always excellent service from the food being ready on time to packaged well. Maybe I will stick with to-go orders.

It’s so sad how terrible it is here.  Every time we come it’s like they try to make you like it less.  This last time we arrived at 10:20 pm and the first thing they say is they close in 40 minutes.  Then they serve drinks with no ice and say they are saving it for the bar.  Hmmm? And it was warm.  So I said you know what it’s OK I will just take water. So then they end up bringing me a soda with ice  ????? So they had ice all along? It sounds like they just don’t want people to come at certain times.  There has been several times that we come, and they close the diner for stupid reasons like the server is running late when the managers just standing there and could easily take orders.  I am a manager too and when I’m short staff I go out there and do what I need to assist my customer’s.  I hate coming here, but my son loves wings……
