Buffalo Wild Wings

It’s so sad how terrible it is here.  Every time we come it’s like they try to make you like it less.  This last time we arrived at 10:20 pm and the first thing they say is they close in 40 minutes.  Then they serve drinks with no ice and say they are saving it for the bar.  Hmmm? And it was warm.  So I said you know what it’s OK I will just take water. So then they end up bringing me a soda with ice  ????? So they had ice all along? It sounds like they just don’t want people to come at certain times.  There has been several times that we come, and they close the diner for stupid reasons like the server is running late when the managers just standing there and could easily take orders.  I am a manager too and when I’m short staff I go out there and do what I need to assist my customer’s.  I hate coming here, but my son loves wings……

Received half our order waited over an hour, and the other half wasn’t even getting made yet. Slow and bad service from the manager. I know it gets busy, but the attitude was horrible and it seemed like people didn’t know what to do.

What a joke. Guess I will be going to Wingstop. Does it really take 2 people to take an order? They said my order would be ready at 7:20p i stood there for 25 min and my order had been sitting in the warmer the whole time! Get your crap together. Service was just disappointing.

Im not sure if managers are aware of what their staff is saying in front about waiting is 1& half hour along with another wait of 50 minutes lol– the last time someone told me this — it was less than an hour wait PLUS less than 50 minutes of receiving our food. I am not sure what they are tryin to do but lying about their waiting  is definitely NOT the way to gain more costumers but lose them.  If they don’t want to work I suggest them to quit and find another job. There was about 5 tables I counted open. Will send a Crook this way so this location can have better customer service.

awful awful service. I went in last night for takeaway food, and the takeaway counter was left unattended. big queue of people, and after aboout 5 minutes a member of staff came in, avoiding looking at anyone, and grabbed his cigarettes from the counter and left! after 5 more minutes they came back in, avoiding looking at anyone again and walked out the back. people were waiting for Uber pick ups, to make orders, and staff couldn’t have cared less. never going in there again

Anyone else got a food poisoning from this location’s food (wings) last night? Both my husband and my dad got it bad all day today and felt within an hour/2 of consuming…I didn’t have any of their food and feel fine!!!

We just left the restaurant and had a great experience! Our server is a nursing student, so friendly, and took great care of us. The hostess is so funny. I don’t understand all the negative reviews. Our wings were great and we will be back!

Worst location EVER!  Our time to pickup the order was 9:30pm. After couple times telling us that it will be ready in 5 min we had to wait untill 10:10pm. Of course we cancelled the order. Never order from this location. Stuff is unprofessional!

I ordered food for pickup way before the closing time that is posted online, and on the door of the restaurant itself. When I got there, nobody was there, all of the doors were locked, and I never got my food. There was another group that was in the same position as me. I’m upset. :/ Do they not close at 2 am? As listed on google, apple maps? and the site itself allowed me to place an order.. Not cool.

Sad because I give bww chance and chance again …. And it’s garbage everytime …. I understand the people working here don’t make money …. The ORDER IS NEVER RIGHT …. Stay away ….
