Walker Furniture & Mattress

My partner and I were looking to furnish our new home and I’m so thankful we had Norma there to help! She was extremely helpful and patient! She made the entire experience stress free and enjoyable. She stayed after hours to ensure we absolutely loved all of the furniture we picked. Also the manager Michael walked us to our car at the end of the night! They made us feel safe and taken care of the entire time. 10/10 recommend!

Customer of this place for many years my mother bought furniture from them when I was a child. I bought a chair to sit in due to my back problems six years ago. Great service chair worked great for six years was having a new chair delivered today. The chair cost me 2000+ dollars, upon asking the delivery person today. Please help me move my old chair to my garage. I was told they can’t move any furniture I mean for 2000+ dollars. No one can help me move a chair plus I was going to give them a tip when a person is paying that kind of money, at least someone can do is help him move something 10 feet so basically I’m totally done with Walker Furniture. I will never buy a piece of furniture there again and I don’t recommend their service to anyone. I sent the chair back due to my dissatisfaction with the service.

I will make this short Walker won’t Honor the Manufacture Warranty, they want you to use the extended warranty one purchased. Reason is so they don’t have to return the funds if used.  Couch was 2 months old when the frame broke. STAY AWAY FROM WALKER FURNITURE BUNCH OF CROOKS.  Regarding the reply you left , you sent out a person who took pictures of the broken Frame ( The 1″x2″ piece of Wooden cross Beam cracked on the Knot.) you told me via Phone call ” I stood on the Couch”. This statement was a complete  falsehood. I fixed the Couch rather than deal with you or Walker . I  will get my extended warranty money back at the end of your terms. I stand by what I wrote .

Walked in, employees were all on their phones and didn’t seem too interested in helping us. Not sure if they were judging or just no ambition. Walked around for a while but prices were much higher than we were looking for.

My husband and I were so pleased with our experience at Walker Furniture. From the moment we walked in we could feel the difference from other furniture store shopping experiences. We were looking around for a while and a young women came up to us and asked if she could help us find something in particular. She told us her name, Bella and said if we needed any questions answered she would be nearby and would be happy to help. No pressure at all! When we did find a couch, we liked she answered our questions left us in private to talk it over. Great sales rep. and very personable. We had our new couch delivered three days later by two of the nicest young men. The worked together so well, like a well-oiled machine. They were in and out of our house within minutes. Carried the couch up some tricky stairs into our small landing area, set it up and they didn’t make a scratch or bump a thing. They were so awesome! We are in our 70’s and have purchased a lot of furniture over the years but this was by far the best experience we have ever had doing it! What a great team. Thank you,Marlene W.

5 star goes to sales agent Erick R. He was amazing great customer service and very knowledgeable he knew his stuff.My husband would ask him questions about the product and Erick really knew his stuff. He is very polite and friendly gave us our space. I was shock to see a young person who actually knows the store products and not give us Bs answers. Amazing people skills Kudos Erick we look forward for our next purchase with you !!!!!Keep up the good work

Great customer service at the Marks location.  Helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy.  Nice selection and my furniture was available for us to pick up and take home that same day.   Thank you Walker.   Ps.  I would never return to the MLK location.  Salesman followed us around and wouldn’t leave us alone.

We walked into the Walker Furniture store on Marks Street in Henderson looking to purchase a new mattress. We were helped by a sales associate named Dave Poret. Dave was pleasant and knowledgeable and really did a great job getting us answers to every question. We had already purchased a mattress and bed set at another furniture store before we met up with Dave. We were so impressed with Dave that we cancelled that purchase and ended up buying everything we needed from Walker Furniture. We were so impressed by his knowledge and professionalism that we brought our adult kids into the mix and they ended up purchasing a mattress as well. The General Manager Will also deserves a big shout out. He worked with Dave to make the whole deal come together, and was very generous and helpful. If you’re looking for any kind of furniture, go see these guys. We were really happy with our experience.

Update: As I stated Walker is horrible, according to them a clear protective coat that is bubbling and flaking off after 3 months because the coat that was put on was clearly ridiculously thin resulting in the table scratching by basically getting breathed on and even the chairs being extremely loose are all considered “normal” these people are out right crooked.The old saying of you get what you pay for apparently doesn’t apply to this company because we spent nearly $2100 for the table and chairs…Buyer beware! DO NOT GET YOUR FURNITURE FROM WALKER ESPECIALLY DONT BUY THE “PROTECTION” PLAN THEY ARE TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS.
