    my korean aunt had an eye exam, didn’t buy glasses. she is on medicaid. while i was there with her i made my eye exam appointment, a front desk women made copy of my driver license and medicaid card. a appointment date is 3/31 845AM. on 3/30 i called the cancel the appointment, however, they do not have me on eye exam scheduled. i thought that was odd. afterward , i felt discriminated against my social status and color. this place looks clean and just smile at you, well look is deceiving.

    I’ve only had great experiences at Dr. Morris’s office. His staff has always been friendly and professional. They have a huge selection of frames to choose from and his staff is very helpful in choosing. They let me try on as made as I liked until I found the perfect pair. The exam was thorough and I could tell that Dr. Morris is extremely experienced. He really took the time to answer my concerns. I am happy to wait to be seen because it’s worth it. Eye health is my top concern and over the years I have felt confident in Dr. Morris’s hands and the competency of his staff.

    I requested an appointment online for my wife and I as well as her parents and after waiting two weeks hearing nothing called. When I told the scheduler I needed an appointment for my wife and I as well as her parents I was told only two appointments were allowed, we would have to make the appointment for her parents on another day. My wife and I are already clients and this makes no sense. Due to the inability for the scheduler to schedule four adults at different times on the same day we are no longer clients.

    Worst customer service ever. Paid over 500.00 for a pair of glasses. Was told  could pick them up in two weeks. After 2 weeks I called several times to see if ready. The people I talked to, made every excuse in the book But no apologies or offers to figure out a solution. After 3 weeks, talked to store manager. He gave assurances to follow up with lab and keep me posted. After no follow ups at all I asked for a refund. never got any apologies or anything from anyone in lobby. I have been a customer for awhile and have purchased several pairs of glasses. Also, my whole family goes there for glasses and contacts. No more, we will never go back.

    I went there with no eye issues They used three different machines To examine my visions Two days later I am having a dark line on my right eye due multiple pictures with their equipmentsBy irritating my right eye I see bright flashing light Just like the machine that they tested my eye I went back asking them to re-examine my eyes They rejected me!I would tell everyone I know don’t go to this facility They just want to charge your insurance !This facility is only available to collect money from your insurance and then if go back they want to charge you more for what they did wrong!Bad  very bad customer service!Very bad diagnostic!I will tell everyone about this place , vision source stay away from them   They only want your money

    I wanted to take the time to leave another review due to having continued visits and positive interactions since my last review. We use Vision Source as our provider for my two year old sons glasses. He is special needs and tends to damage them quite frequently before we are able to intervene. Every time I go into this location I am greeted and welcomed. Every time I come in to warranty needed items, staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful in regard to expediting the process. Heidy processed my last warranty and was an incredible help and very polite. I picked them up today from Hunter (who always recognizes us when we walk in) and took the time to ensure that everything was in order before we left with our new glasses, even going above and beyond to hold the door open for us so I could push my son through in his wheelchair stroller. Thank you for the service you have provided to our family!

    I had called before driving down to the office (waited in hold for 5min) . I was making sure they will take my insurance and specify I only needed the glasses. They said yes I can stop by for just the frames and glances.I get here… I have to knock on the door a gentleman comes up to you with a clipboard asking for information. I let him know I am here just for glasses with my prescription in hand.He goes we dont accept new patients and closes the door on me…
