Turnberry Place

Absolutely love it here!! My best friend owns the penthouse, we stayed here for NYE. Incredible views of the fireworks and the amenities are perfect. Very secure high rises and the staff is absolutely amazing. I cant wait to come back next time!!

We absolutely love everything about living here.  Wife and I used to live in Turnberry Place in 2005-2007. When we decided to do high rise living again, we looked at EVERY high rise in town for months. Turnberry Towers was set up exactly the way we needed it.  The large property within the gates is so expansive you don’t ever feel cramped. Gives the residents and our guests a total resort style feel. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Property is always cleaned by wonderful cleaning staff. The level of security is second to none. The amenities are over the top. Our dog loves the dog park and grass all around property. Finally, the friendly residents make this place feel like home.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE!!! After searching all the usual websites for about 2 weeks, Turnberry Towers cluster was our favorite, even before we got to Vegas. But we loved it even more, after viewing the other options for residential high rises. During our research, reading all the reviews and tours, we did notice that out of the 6 separate buildings for Turnberry Towers, Turnberry Towers West in particular, had the lowest ratings. Digging a little deeper and actually reading the reviews, it seemed it the negative comments were mainly for the strictness of management and staff… with them basically upholding the rules and regulations. (I have since decided those reviews must have been from a few “rule breakers”). I like that everyone is expected to respect the other tenants and the common grounds and are held accountable for their actions. The staff is very friendly, always willing to take time for us personally and again, I love that they don’t just turn the other way if they see or hear something that shouldn’t be happening. It maintains the security and exclusivity vibe we have here. So, thank you guys for a job well done!After much research of all the available units at Turnberry Towers, we specifically chose Turnberry Towers West, because of the owner, Sam Ko. We found Mr. Ko through a Craig’s List ad. Turns out, he owns quite a few in this building. We loved being able to talk directly to the owner instead of having to go through a broker or the in-house leasing team. He was very friendly but still professional. He seemed very interested in having us as tenants which was nice… we didn’t just feel like a “meal ticket” or just a “number”. He answered  all of our questions and was very accommodating. After several phone calls, a few emails and even a couple of text, we were all set to move in, in less than 2 full days. We decided on this gorgeous 3 bedroom unit located on the 37th floor, with this enormous balcony and amazing views. We face South so we see all the flash of the strip without actually being in the middle of it. So cool! Our unbelievable unit looks and feels brand new. Upgraded everything!  I do travel a lot and miss the up scale feel, when I’m not here. Between the beautiful grounds and gorgeous pool area, to the full time security and valet, I fill like I have already won big at the casino, just by coming home… And I have yet to gamble since we moved here. My one and only complaint… The in unit Washer and Dryer. They are absolutely the smallest I have ever seen and virtually useless. I’m sure it’s some sort of energy efficient thing but I think I might need to check on getting those upgraded to bigger models.So not to leave on a negative… This unit is twice as big as the one we had in San Diego for exactly the same amount of rent. NO JOKE!

All about location.  Walking distance to SLS and a short jaunt over to the convention center.  Maybe a 10 min drive at most to the airport.  I like the security in 2 spots, at the front gate to the premesis and located at the tower entrance.Great views of the Strip, Las Vegas Country Club golf course and majestic mountains surrounding the valley.  Beautiful lobby and love the swimming pool.  A lot of people use the spacious dog park as it is larger than some other high rises in town.  Love Turnberry Towers!

We bought the Condo 1 year ago and LOVE IT!!! we are not full time but do spend about 4 months out of the year! We have the 2 bedroom and the den- The staff is fantastic!! its like a luxury hotel- very very happy with our purchase

I’ve lived at Turnberry for 6 years. My rating says it all. The grounds, service and ambience are so good Steve Wynn would live here.

I wish I would of read these reviews before I moved in this place, Security at the gate is the only thing I can say is worthy of 5 stars and the HOA all the other quote on quote “amenities” meh.. If you’re gonna spend go to Veer or Mandarin or maybe Turnberry Place. For the few workers that are here that actually work there they are the best but there are some I’ve noticed to to have a attitude and be snobby (for what IDK It’s kinda pathetic lmfao) my recommendation I wouldn’t wanna renew my lease.. So yeah some like me nah can’t wait to move and get what I pay for

Worst place to live. Filled with roaches.  Management sucks and all they want is your money to do nothing.  Water leaks in multiple apartments.  Be careful if you have a dog because this is the most dog unfriendly complex on the strip.Your dog will not be allowed in the elevator or in the lobby but somehow has to get back and forth from your apartment to the dog park.  We spent a year here and could not wait until our lease ended.Watch out for the manager Mindy Dent – she will take your money and give you false promises of a beautiful apartment.  They will find ways to keep your ridiculously high (3 months rent) deposit and not give it back to you. Mindy also fired a loyal staff member after they found out she was pregnant. WOW!!Bottom line: they are con-artists.  New management is needed badly!!!

I loved my 4 year stay here!  I rented from a great family. I had to go when they sold the unit. First, I have to say that I am fussy about my living conditions.  I never heard anything in neighboring units while in my unit with the exception of a yap dog who would occasionally visit a unit upstairs. I loved my neighbors. The staff was excellent. The parking was very convenient– not one stair to climb when loaded down after grocery shopping. I loved having my car washed for me in the garage (there is a charge).The reason why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I miss the Stirling Club and the convenience of grabbing a bite to eat on the property. Additionally, the pool area, while lovely, does not get enough sun for my tastes.Overall, you cannot go wrong if you rent here. View units in all towers. Some units in towers 1 and 2 have strip views. You can find something that suits your taste and needs.

This place is amazing! Upon entering Turnberry place you have to make sure the security has all your information so whoever you’re visiting has to tell them. The security will ask for a photo ID I verify you’re in fact the right person matching the name. Once inside its a whole new world. You don’t feel like you’re in a desert. The Stirling Club is the club house has been closed down for quit sometime but should be opening in the near future. That place has over 80,000 square feet of heaven! Including tennis courts, huge pool, lap pool, gym, massage area to name a few. The living areas consists of 4 towers and they all have valets. If you can afford this high price high rise living then I suggest you live here. You’ll love it!
