By its very name, real estate is an exercise born of necessity and constrained by one's budget, practical needs, zoning requirements, topography and the like — heady and very "real" constraints. Real estate is also a matter of the heart, irrespective of the numbers; not to say that the practice of real estate should ever lose sight of critical limiting factors.

I love this place definitely need to live like this, every single unit I’ve gone into had it’s own floor & elevator. I’m not sure if every single one of the units is like that but they’re really nice

We had a great experience renting a one bedroom condo here for 6 months. The approval process was a little intense as they called all 3 of my references, which I thought was interesting for a rental, but I guess they want to make sure they have credible people living in their building. Anyway, everything is clean, updated and the people are great. We had a fantastic experience here and I loved have a view of the Las Vegas country club golf course with all the grass and water feature. I prefer that over a view of the strip-more relaxing!

Well let me just say one thing : This rating is purely and only for the HOA . My unit and my landlord have been wonderful. But you will pay big big money on HOA and a non refundable deposit of 500 dollar for little in return. Everyone at the Valet and building engineering is wonderful. And same goes – with one noticeable dark cloud exception- for the front desk . You will spot that exception yourself with little effort and I am not one to trash people so I won’t name anyone …But here is the kicker : A building that makes you jump through hoops and charges you the BIG money doesn’t hold itself to standard near to what they expect from tenants. I have moved out ONE full month ago and have not received my 2500$ (!!) hoa security deposit back yet . Even my lovely landlord tried to help but no such luck . The standard Turnberry lease gives them 30 days to pay back your security deposit. Minus another 500 that they just keep naturally for the great service- on top of the already high HOA . 30 days seems outrageously long but not even that was possible. So now they are in breach of contract and decided to only return calls and e mails when they feel like it . As much as I loved my unit and my landlord- I would not recommend moving there to anyone. But solely and only because of the managment.

I live in Two Turnberry Place and I’ve lived here for 2 years and it is overrated. First of all, it is nothing more than a Rich and White people Old folks retirement home. There are no single attractive women living here. The only young women are gold digging and prostitute type females that can only afford to be in Turnberry because of a man. Secondly, there is zero privacy. The females working the front desk Natasha and the other 2 faced and shady Mexico females are always reading people’s mail out loud. Thirdly, their maintenance staff is by far the worst trained and skilled works in the history of man kind. They can not fix anything or won’t. So I’ve lived here for years and let me tell you Two Turnberry Place is half empty. Over half the units are vacated. I’ve seen more people move out then coming in. After a well paying $3k-$10k a month is just to much with all of the options we have here in Las Vegas. I had to pay over $10,000 just to move in and the place was run down and old. And it is far from a resort like they want people to think. My lease ends soon and I’ll be moving out soon. TG.

I have friends in both towers and I LOVE this building! If I’d live in LV I would probably want to be here. Both towers are very similar. It has valet but you can self park, beautiful lobby with daily coffee station. Great meeting room with pool table, big screen tv, meeting tables, bar facility. There’s a great gym sometimes too crowded with everyone bringing their personal trainer… pool and bbq area are great. The waterfalls are not always on.It’s not on the strip but close enough. And there’s Katsuya across the street, that’s my weak spot for happy hour:)

Lived here for a couple years now and I must say it’s the best of the four towers. Exceptional service from the valet to the front desk. Extremely safe and near the strip. Joel, Rocky and staff do a amazing job keeping this place in order and I recommend to anyone who appreciates as much as I do!

I love the place. Valet and front desk staff are great, very friendly and helpful.  Great location too.  Amazing views, just jaw dropping.  Recommend for sure.
