I came to Dida in tears after a horrible few months with Baker’s Bookkeeping, I was at my wits ends and didnt know what I should do to get the mess straightened out. Dida made sure I was taken care of. I joined Flight Club and Dawn and Dida got to work getting my books under control and showing me exactly how to move forward. It was such a relief meeting with Dawn, she was so patient and understanding and really took the time to make sure I was good with everything before parting. I haven’t even needed much help after that meeting because Dawn was so thorough.Thank you so much for picking up the pieces and putting them all back together!!! I’d recommend TOS to anyone, and do to everyone I talk to about bookkeeping (lots and lots of fellow investors so far!)

The Office Squad does a great job. Tina on their team audited my 2017 Quickbooks and found and corrected lots of errors that I made which actually resulted in lower taxes for me. Tina also trained me on how to properly enter information for 2018, set up vendors, track for 1099 reports and how to pull my P&L’s correctly. I am grateful for the service they have provided and will continue to use their services. I highly recommend them for all your back office support needs. Thank you!

I recently started looking for an accountant and came across the office squad here on yelp, after a short conversation with the owner here on yelp we made an appointment and came in to meet her two days later. To our surprise our appointment had actually been scheduled with someone else, who described herself as an account manager with no Bookkeeping or accounting certificate or degree. She asked us a variety of questions so that she could determine which of their subscription package to sell us on and made us a follow up phone appointment for the following week, Wednesday at 2:30. She called us that Wednesday at 2:45, and when I kindly told her we had since met with an accountant and are going to go with that accountant instead she responded “Okay great.” And hung up on us!!! I can’t believe how unprofessional she was and am disappointed in the owner for not mentioning that my appointment would be with a sales person rather than an accountant, which was clearly what I was looking for. I won’t be contacting them for any of their services again.Besides their lack of people skills I find their subscription packages to be overpriced as you can get the same thing for much cheaper, even their remote accountants. There are plenty of accountants available to chat online and quickbooks desktop pro can be purchased for 299.

These guys have saved my bacon. They will do as much or as little of my bookkeeping as I want. They’ve shown me how to do things more effectively and taken over the stuff I really don’t want to do. Big sigh of relief, less stress and a great resource when I have questions. Now more of my time is free to do what I do best. Which is not bookkeeping btw.

My business was started when my kids were small.   I did all my bookkeeping on word format.   2003 I started Quickbooks and still did not utilize all the potential.   Met with Dida she showed me all the possibilities and “scolded me” about making up my own categories on where to put stuff.   she helped me to integrate all my companies into quickbooks and how to keep my business running as it should not how I think it should.   If you are a small business starting off, give them a call….the office is a pain in my butt and it is nice to be able to have someone else worry about that end and making sure you are tax compliant so you can indeed “grow your business”
