The Fox Brewpub

We celebrated my mother’s birthday  and received excellent service. We were a large party of 8 so a challenge for any server. Sierra was our server she took great care of us. The food was delicious and the beer was awesome. Thank you for making our experience a fun one. We will return.

Had lunch and LOVED it! Got the Santa Fe Wrap with waffle fries and the raspberry tea. The vibe was private but friendly. Had no issues with wait times or service. Wasn’t sure, as we were stopping just for lunch, but was so happy we ate here. Would definitely come back!!

What a nice restaurant pub located in downtown Carson City. Nevada’s capital. This pub is located in the St. Charles Hotel built in 1862. It’s One of the oldest operating hotels in Carson City. Loved this! I even snuck around the hotel afterwards to look around! We sat outside on the patio which over looks the downtown village area! Our waiter was super friendly and offered us samples of the beers before we ordered our flight because the beer menu wasn’t very descriptive. For my flight I ordered the Buzz bee honey blonde Ale, the Chocolate cherry Stout, The naughty Boo Boo brown ale, and the kings fall Pilsner. My top choice was the Chocolate Cherry stout! It taste like dessert! They were out of a few others I wanted to try, so I definitely would love to come back to try the Raspberry Red and the 4’10” Jen Apricot. Until next time!

The the food and people and great. The staff is awesome. Also must try the Fox Den, the bartender Mishelle is awesome! She can make some awesome drinks and is a lively person. She will make sure you have a great experience. Our server was a guy named Bradley.. He looks over worked but he made sure to stop by and kept asking us if we needed anything and was a great server!! 2 thumbs up my guy!!!

Came here on a Saturday and it was pretty busy. Our waiter Bradley did an awesome job accommodating us outside and a full party inside! He was super friendly and his food recommendations were amazing. I got the angry mussels and they did not disappoint! Will be back again and again! Thanks Bradley!!

Food was amazing and service was great. Bradley helped navigate us through the menu and participated in some of our laughs. Definitely recommend.

Had a great experience, had a group of 20 and they did awesome with getting us taken care of, Michelle took great care of us, would absolutely recommend again!!

We are still doing our NV craft beverage passport… came down to Carson to get stamped. I ordered the #16 Chocolate Cherry Stout! It’s really good! Great combo in a stout. Tastes like a dessert! The building is historic I love that!! So A+ for the atmosphere… the only negative I have to say is their beer menu (pictured) is very non descriptive. Most brewery’s give more description for their featured beers. Other than that… overall great experience!

We like to stop in on our Saturday outings and have lunch and a couple drinks, maybe watch a bit of golf.  The place is just comfortable to hang out and chat with others at the bar, we are bar sitters but the tables are good seating too. Never a bad meal or service here and the beer/cocktails always hit the thirsty spot. Today was the Three Alarm Burger and California Turkey Melt. The Mr says it’s the best burger he has had in a bit. Usually we have garlic or sweet potato fries but it was a waffle fry day and they were fantastically crunchy. Bartenders are fun and good to chat with, we got to spend time with Michelle today and she is cranking out quality drinks. We like it here, hope you do too.
