Long time Robert’s lovers. This particular location sucks. We always order shrimp burritos with mild spice. We ordered just that through Door Dash, specifically asking for the mild spice. They didn’t put bell peppers per the usual, they put SERRANO peppers WITH the seeds which is 5x hotter than the typical peppers they are supposed to use. It was so hot, we could barely eat it. Not cool. How are you going to make it EXTRA spicy when we asked for mild?

This location is always busy but they’re super fast and I’ve never had to wait more than 10 mins for my to go orders. Lady at the counter is friendly. Clean atmosphere. Love both the green and red salsas. I always get the pickled veggies to complement my carne asada quesadillas as well. Go to beverage is their jamaica. Will keep returning to this Roberto’s!

If I could give them 0 stars I would !! Worst place ever , customer service is horrible. We were there in the drive thru for more than 10 min waiting to get help while they were “helping another customer” which seemed more like talking to them . No acknowledgement or atleast a ” I’ll be right with you ” we had to leave and another car behind us as well. DONT GO HERE

Prices have skyrocketed way before Covid prices. 5/12/23 ordered a Torta. ( $9.98) Very stingy w/ the meat which was red & looked raw. Approx. only 2 tablespoons, got home scooped it out & re-cooked the meat. The Tortas used to be huge & over-flowing with ingredients. Now they trick you with all iceberg lettuce. Stay away. They think customers have deep California pockets. Roberto This is Not LA. Extremely disappointed…the good %? All the underpaid employees are very nice & polite, service is fast.

When did Don Tortaco became a better choice than Roberto’s??? I got the carnitas plate. The carnitas were dry and had a weird taste, the teaspoon of “guacamole” was green water and ran all over the plate. I’ll leave the rice alone, wasn’t horrible and pretty much all I could stomach. Complete garbage. People have been telling me Roberto’s wasn’t the same anymore, lesson learned.

We ordered Chile Relleno, cheese enchilada, taquitos. If you want Bland food this place is for you!!! sauce on Chile relleno not good, Enchilada tortilla was not good, dry carne asada meat, Taquitos were decent. 3 star rating for this establishment is generous. Service was ok and best thing about this place it appeared clean. I’ll never dine here again and definitely would not recommend !!!

would give 0 stars. the staff literally just ignored me as if i wasn’t there. no one greeted me, took my order or even came to the counter. i just left

Food is Great , fast service ! Everytime I go to vegas I have to have Carbe Asada Fries the best

I really like that you can watch them prepare your food order, they wore gloves and took precautions. What I didn’t like is that people with dogs inside had no control. One dog was jumping on table and both owners had the dogs at the salsa bar nasty hands one was holding the dog trying to get salsa. The Cashier said nothing and would not give me salsa from the back when I asked. They get an F for nasty unsanitary salsa bar. Restaurant tables needed cleaning but not enough workers. Food was okay but I will not return there. And next time wait til the customer leaves to talk about them in Spanish you never know who understands.

I was under the impression this place was really good so we tried it. I must have confused it with somewhere else, because the food was terrible. It seemed like they used the cheapest ingredients they could find to make their food. The cheese enchiladas full of clumped, bad tasting cheddar and the tortilla just tasted like grease.
Wife felt similarly about the street tacos. We both didn’t feel very good for hours after eating there. Do yourself a favor and go to Fuego instead. The same kind of ambiance, but with fresher, WAY better food.
