Went in prepared to pay some money to have my car looked at, I have an import and the bottom carriage was scraping the road when I’d hit a bump- thinking it was a shock etc, Lupe took a look at it and said it just needed 2 bolts and quickly had it fixed, and at no charge!
Wow, you know what would of happened if I had went to the dealer? So very glad my friend recommended this shop!!

My challenger was hit by a bus in January, I looked at pretty much every shop in Vegas and called around before choosing one for repairs. Quality star seemed to have the most consistent work so I chose to take my car to them.

They were great getting an estimate to me in a timely manner (but I also kept in mind I am not the only person needing my car fixed & I think others need to remember that too). They towed my car to their shop a few days after my accident, dealt with the insurance company without issue. They communicated with me through the entire process and would give me updates here and there, and when I called they had no problem talking to me letting me know where they were at. I’d say I am probably a tougher more annoying customer just because my expectations are high when it comes to car repairs and the way that I like my car. Growing up with a dad that builds hot rods/classics will do that to ya. When my car was repaired there were a few things that I wanted fixed and they didn’t bat an eye and immediately set up for me to come back to fix it to my liking. I’m very very knit picky and know I am, so my issues were things that no one else probably would even care about or notice. But that didn’t matter to this shop. They were professional, honest, kind, communicative, AND patient with me. Most importantly their work reflects their shop name. Lupe & Shelby were so dang amazing during the entire process, and I just want to say your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed!

Basically, they’re amazing. Trusting them with your car will not be a decision you regret. Thank you Quality star for putting up with me the past 2 1/2 months, and being so patient. Thank you to everyone that worked on my car/repairs and dealt with my picky self. Quality star will be our new go too shop for any of our vehicles now.

My car HVAC system needed repair. The Quality Star Auto Team quickly diagnosed the problem and set a date for the repair. The team communicated often and explicitly with me about cost and time. The repair was done well and within the time expected. I am impressed with the quality of work and the personable manner of the team. I consider Quality Star Auto my go to for auto repairs big and small.

Brought my car in for a repair after being hit in a parking lot. I hadn’t been in this kind of situation before, and Lupe was very helpful in explaining the process and my options. They worked with the other party’s insurance, and I was able to get my bumper replaced. Looks just like new, and I will return for future repairs!

Nick and his team are absolutely amazing. They took care of my car after being in an accident. After I got hit there was no shop in my mind that I could take my car to. We had an issue with the insurance but Nick made sure that when everything was good to go he was ready to take my car. Also after dealing with the rental car, Nick himself came and got me from the rental place so I could make it back to the shop. Nick cares about the people who come and trusts him with their vehicles! I will always turn people to Nick and his team not only for body work but also the mechanical side.

My car got a deep dent from a rock while on the highway. It went all the way down to the metal. I got 3 separate estimates and Quality Star was by far the cheapest. Employees were all great and they completed the work on time. The work they did was fantastic! Can’t tell any dent was there and the paint matches perfect. I highly recommend this place if you need any repairs done to your car.
