Las Vegas Pilates

My wife introduced me to Pilates and I love it. She has been going here for years. It’s not easy but with Clare she takes very special care when your just getting started. I love the fact that she is so well versed and educated on how our bones, muscles, and joints function and interact . I have an ACL knee issue and she has been very pro active during each class as she focuses on making it stronger. We really enjoy the ” semi-private ” lessons package. It allows us to excercise at our pace and focuses on what we need to improve.

I love it here! The instructors are exceptional and the studio has a great variety equipment (reformers, Cadillacs, chair, Gyrotonic).

finally – a real, really great and challenging Pilates place! so glad i finally checked this place out. Went to a Cadillac Class today with Genae and both the class and instructor were great. Definitely a more athletic style than Classical, which i prefer. i wish they had an i limited equipment option, I’d leave the “club” i joined in a heartbeat 😉

For classes this pricey, i would expect the studio to be spotless. There’s a lot of dust around the perimeter of the back room where barre / stretch classes happen, which is pretty disgusting as most of the workout is on the floor!

Went to a 60 minute stretch class here and thought it was good not great. It was somewhat of a full body stretch, but I thought it was light on the legs and focused more on the upper body — it wouldn’t been nice if it was more balanced

The people are friendly and nice here. The check in process was smooth.

The bathroom is super perfumed up but not in a repulsive way

Horrible people that work there if I could give negative I would!! they think they are above people. I’m guessing the area they are located they only take rich people. the two ladies I assume own that place are insanely racists. I really hope more people don’t try going there!! I will find everywhere you can wright a review so that other know before trying this place!!!

Awesome place! Wide range of instructors and classes. Krissy is my fave! Claire is hands down the best at the FST stretch. Everyone that works here is nice and well educated in what they do. The owner is super sweet and the facility is nice and clean. The other clients are also really great and welcoming
