Hot N Juicy Crawfish

I’ve been a fan of Hot n Juicy for years now but I must say at this particular location the service has declined MAJORLY. I came to dine in with a friend and family on 5/30/23 our server was nancy. She was nice but honestly so forgetful. It looks like she was entering everything on her ipad but our orders were missing our add-ons once they arrived. Our rice got to the table immediately but our food took long than expected. As we had hungry kids with us, they began to eat just the rice. Their food was the last to hit the table which was 40 minutes after ordering and it was just chicken and fries. Once the others started to get our food we noticed things were missing like the eggs or potatoes we all added on, the server realizes she forgot and goes “did i hear you guys wanted to add on some stuff, i can put it in for you” as if we didn’t already order it 20 minutes ago.. in between all the food being delivered we were trying to get someones attention for gloves, straws and other things that were never dropped off.. another staff member with curly hair put her finger up and said “one minute” and we watched her go to the register and have a personal conversation with her coworkers (she obviously didn’t care to help). Then we tried to get another servers attention while passing our table (she looked of the asian ethnicity with glasses and black hair) she decided to make direct contact with us and ignored us! Extremely rude!! Wish i could’ve gotten all of their names but i realized the whole staff that afternoon was unprofessional and lacked majorly on guest service. While we’re almost done with our food, we were still waiting on the kids food the server kept asking is that all we are missing? As if she forgot to even put it in. I then tried asking for a refill for the kids drinks and the server kept saying we can get them to go. So we just gave up and asked for the check. We felt so unwelcome and rushed there! Do your self a favor and go to another location. Their service is way better!!

I have to say that my fiance had found this place and he was craving seafood. To our surprise, this was right across the street from Polo Towers where I was staying a couple weeks ago. This was only a 5 minute walk, which was SUPER convenient.This is located near Gen Korean BBQ on the outside of the Miracle Mile. This place is pretty large and has pretty good deals (especially being on the strip).The place wasn’t too busy when we went, but there were several parties scattered around the place. I did see stairs towards the front of house, so I assume that this place has a second floor that could seat more guests. We were seated right in front by the window is. There are options of booths and tables.I don’t remember our server’s name, but they were quick to greet us and sit us down. She took our order after some time and my fiance and I got the following:-Get your feet wet combo: $38 each – this comes with 1 lb crawfish, 1 lb shrimp, 1 dozen sausages, 2 corn and 2 potato.+extra spicy & hot n juicy+spicy & hot n juicy-2 sides of rice ($3 each)-2 sodas ($3.50 each)Our total came out around ~$98 I think. So not too bad for what you get – you can definitely skip out on the rice.The seafood itself was cooked pretty well – I wouldn’t say it’s fresh or anything, but I didn’t notice anything tasting off or weird. It was actually really good for the price!You do have the option of choosing head on or head off shrimp with your meal, but unsure if that costs anything additional. The shrimp was pretty flavorful and the spice does creep up on you, but it’s nothing no one can handle. The crawfish came in different sizes, which is nice. Sometimes you can get a larger tail or you can find yourself getting a smaller tail out of it. The sauce itself wasn’t salty at all, it was flavored just right and I really liked it!I do wish that you can combine more sauces together, similar to boiling crab’s shabang sauce, but I’ll take what I can get. I would LOVE a lot more garlic in the sauce as well Otherwise, I’d definitely come back! Cheap eats and you get more bang for your buck. I’d probably recommend sharing 1 bag with a friend if you’re not too hungry. Otherwise, if you have a hotel with a microwave/kitchen, it makes perfect leftovers!

Got vibrio from the oysters but hot and spicy drool was pretty fire. Service was pretty good but I was shitting liquid for a day an a half after eating here I lived tho

Great Food and friendly staff.  Especially the waiter name Alex. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable when taking care of us.

I love this place… the corm fritters are my favorite and shrimp with the hot n juicy sauce . Highly recommended and friendly staff. Only downside is the parking when it gets busy it’s hard to find any parking.

Met here for date night the other night which was probably not such a good idea since the three of us ate way too much delicious food. It is weirdly loud for such a mid-size restaurant but, other than that, food is delicious and the service was great. We got Cajun spiced errythang and let me tell you, my lips were numb in a good way. My stomach hurt when we were done because I ate so much. Will definitely be back. Thanks HnJC!

my husband and i brought friends from out of town to hot and juicy downtown vegas, and what a horrible experience it was!!!  the service that we received from the team  lead mimi was absolutely horrible to us. from the start she was very short and unwelcoming!!! she gave us the impression that did not want to helpus!!!!! she never came back and checked us at alll!!!!!!!  after i asked to speak with a supervisor this same young lady came back over with the same bad attitude!!  i will never come back our recommend this place to anyon!!!!!!!!

Best place in town! I go here once or twice a month. Crawfish, shrimp and great spices

Such great service and food! It’s super close to downtown and in front of downtown grand hotel. Walk away from Fremont street. Our server – RED was amazing. She’s very personable and always checked in on us. The food was good! We got a pound of shrimp and they were huge! The sauce was on point. If I have to give a recommendation, I would say add more spices.update: I just wanted to add the service is fast and their restroom is super clean and well kept. Yes, they have alcohol 🙂

Be there early because they fill out and you’d be in a wait list.  But the food is worth the wait.  We had po’ boys and they were excellent.  The template sauce has a bit of a kick, so if you do not like it spicy, ask for the sauce on the side.  Had a corn with butter, and it came swimming in melted butter.  Sooooo good!
