Go for the meatballs! Had brunch there and it was pretty good! I ordered orange juice that was fresh squeezed, had the American breakfast, and shared some apps with friends. Service was good, and the restaurant was gorgeous. Would have liked to see a more robust brunch menu,  but would go back!

Food 10 out 10!! The lemon spaghetti is a must have! Sooo delicious! Dinner vibe feels very fine dining, I ate at the bar and felt welcomed in my shorts. This is on my must stops on all future Vegas trips.

I enjoyed my breakfast. The view is really great they had availability so I was able to walk in and get sat right away. I enjoyed everything that I had while there. Their hollandaise sauce was my favorite. I even asked for more. It was a fun take on hollandaise.

I don’t have much good to say about this restaurant. The hostess was not friendly at all and that set the tone for the rest of the visit. Our waiter started out great, but that changed quickly as the restaurant started to fill up. He was there at the beginning, and then nowhere to be found. They were out of the Pisco for the signature drink and the wine prices were definitely Strip prices for small pours. The food was not good. For the prices they’re charging and the competition they have, they should do better. $31 for a shrimp cocktail, please. Our salads were fine, but how to you mess that up? Our waiter didn’t come over until we were halfway through eating them to see if we wanted fresh pepper. I ordered the filet and it was the least seasoned steak I’ve ever eaten. Outback serves a better steak. The accompaniment of potato, was also flavorless. My husbands chicken Marsala was undercooked and pink in the middle. We would’ve said something, but you know, no real service. A busser came and scooped the plates, and we sat waiting for the check. I feel bad for the saps that paid the $25/pp for the window seats and even a view of the Bellagio fountains couldn’t have made this better. There are TONS of great Italian places in Las Vegas. Go visit one of them.

Shame on you Giada. I wouldn’t want my name and reputation associated with this mediocre overpriced restaurant. With so many amazing restaurants to choose from in Las Vegas, don’t waste a night out here.My husband added chicken to his buccatini. The chicken tasted like it was cooked, frozen, thawed and reheated. The pasta was way overcooked, nowhere near al denti. If you like Olive Garden and desire to pay 4x as much, this place is for you.

We were pretty disappointed in this restaurant, We were excited to try it and super pleased we were able to get a reservation last minute but at the end of our evening, we were super underwhelmed. The service was extremely slow to the point that we thought our server forgot about us. We were there over an hour and a half and we arrived late to our show at the Wynn because of it. We got a bread board, shared a salad and then had the chicken Marsala and lemon spaghetti. The chicken Marsala was over cooked and the lemon spaghetti came out cold and undercooked, bland and the shrimp was undercooked and chewy. We don’t like to send food back so we just dealt with it and paid our $150 bill.  It was just super disappointing because we were expecting a nice dinner with good service and food and we just didn’t get it. I don’t know how much my review matters, but I recommend people don’t go in with high expectations

I am Italian American and found the dishes to miss the mark or cut corners with lower quality ingredients. I doubt the celebrity chef has much to do with the place besides collecting royalties. For what they charge, elsewhere you can eat at a Michelin starred restaurant. For a third of the the price you can eat at far superior Italian places in (expensive) NYC.   I also wasn’t expecting the hostess dress code (skimpy dresses and heels) at a supposedly woman-owned restaurant to be so….not progressive. In short, the food was easy to leave on the plate. Update:  The business’ reply was disingenuous, as they have little control over ingredients, that is controlled centrally by Caesars.  Caesars uses Sodexho, which is known for low quality. I am also not sure who is made “comfortable” by the hostess dress code, more appropriate for an adult club than a restaurant.

My wife and I had been excited about eating here for years. We called the phone number to make a reservation prior to our last visit to Vegas. It was for a group of 12. On the phone, the woman I spoke to didn’t mention any sort of cancelation window until I brought it up. She then said we had until 2 hours before the reservation time to cancel WITHOUT getting charged a fee. Leading up to our reservation, some of the people in our party got a 3-hour plane delay and we had to reschedule from Friday to Sunday. More than 2 hours before our reservation time, we called the same number and rescheduled no problem (you’d think the fee were to cover the cost of the restaurant not being able to fill up the table in time). When Sunday arrived, many people in our party decided they no longer wanted to go to a 1:30 lunch since they woke up late and ate breakfast at 10:30. So, we called well before the requisite 2-hour window to cancel. It was not a problem and no one mentioned that we would be charged. However, the very next day, I saw a $300 fee charged to my bank account. After being given the runaround by the restaurant, we finally got a call back about a week later. Some manager named Jay berated us for not showing up. She claimed the 2-hour rule didn’t exist and that it was a 24-hour rule. Still unsure why no one would have told us upon canceling that we would be charged $300. And if that person weren’t aware of this information, then it’s very likely that another person could have been unaware of the 24-hour rule as well! After I argued with Jay on the phone, she “decided” that we could have $200 back.Literally never dining at Giada and telling everyone I know this story. If a friend says they’re going to Las Vegas, I will make sure they know “not to go to Giada.” I will do this for the rest of my life until they give us the remaining $100 they owe us!

We have been coming to this place since it opened; came this evening to celebrate Mother’s Day; what a disappoint! This place has seriously gone downhill in food and service. They are no longer serving the smoked whiskey in a box (and they don’t tell you that when you order it); the method they are now using is some sort of topper on the glass; so lame! The food portions are smaller and my steak was so salty I couldn’t eat it (I ordered it with no seasoning). Some of the other menu choices were no longer available, such as the chicken cacciatore (my husband’s favorite). The waiter was not terribly attentive either and our bill came in over $540! We probably won’t be back! Such a shame to let this restaurant go to such a sad outcome!
