Eldorado Cleaners

It’s close to my son’s school so I went for convenience and heard the alteration was incredible.  – overrated. As a daughter of a Korean man who has owned numerous drycleaners and still does- I  know that the reason he’s charging so cheap is because he uses bad perchloroethylene we call it oerc or they don’t change their cartridges/ filter  Which is making your clothes fade and for whites it’s turning yellow … I was going to take them to small claims but the suit is a couple years old and I don’t want this owner taking any more of my time or money.

Terrible cleaning service!!!! The employees harass you and they don’t even know how to clean clothes correctly. They called my mother harassing her about her clothes in Spanish talking trash to her saying things a business should NEVER say to a woman. Calling her all kinds of names? Seriously what kind of business are you to talk to a customer like that??? If you have something of value DO NOT leave it in hands of these purple they WILL RUIN your clothes unfortunately. I got my clothes back filthy still dirty. Multiple pieces of clothing were so dirty. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!

Nice people and always do the good work. We are going last three years and had few missing pieces other than that they always on time

Tried this place for the second time thinking it might be a different encounter, still have a very unwelcoming customer service.   I don’t know if the old man is the owner there but every time you ask him something, he will respond to you with “my question is…”.  What kind of a good costumer service is that??   Very condescending with hai conversation and will definitely NOT recommend Thai pace to anyone!  I’d rather pay twice the price five minutes away down the street, at least they know how to talk nice to their customers!  Thanks for po

I have tried several dry cleaners and this one is by far the best I’ve used.  I drop off clothes to be dry cleaned every week and they are always friendly and efficient.  My clothes are always done at the promised time and Eldorado is by far the most reasonably priced cleaners I have used.  Would recommend to anyone looking for an efficient, reasonably priced dry cleaners!

Very unprofessional. Terrible customer service. Rude with attitude.  Had dry cleaning arranged for drop off Wednesday at 2, pick up Friday at 11, drove all the way to pick it up and waited 20 mins for them to come tell me it won’t be ready until after 5 cause “they didn’t put a special label on it” not my fault If you can’t properly run your business. I am unable to come back and fourth here cause of my schedule. Then the lady said she would bring it to my house after continuously saying “there’s nothing I can do”, I said “perfect no problem”, gave my address, name, and phone number, she said I’m off at 6, I said “no problem drop it off anytime today”. Friday passed, Saturday passed, Sunday passed, i then call today on a Monday and the guy who answered the phone said “I have no idea what you’re talking about, the lady is on lunch call back.” No problem, I called back and she gave me an excuse as to why she didn’t bring it, I then asked ” you couldn’t call me to let me know you wouldn’t be bringing it the last 3 days?” She said no because she left my number at work… very rude when I drove back to pick it up and said “I don’t want to see you ever again” cause I asked for my money back because the garmet wasn’t finished at our original arranged time.. terrible customer service and very unorganized. I will never come here again and hope no one else does as well.

My wife and I have been coming here for years. It is not close to us but we make the effort to come here for our dry cleaning anyway. We trust this location and they have always done a great job.

I usually stop by here every other week for some dry cleaning on my lunch break because they have changed hours since covid ( 7am to 5pm formerly 7pm).Today, Dec, 31 NYE, I had the day off and had the chance to go by earlier in the day, approximately 10am.Oh boy howdy!WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!I was not met by the usual dead eye, frowning angry young lady who mans the counter…Nope.To my surprise, I was serviced by a smiling( you can tell under the mask lol) charming, joyful and dare I say, very handsome fella whom I had never seen behind the counter in the many years I have frequented.Jay…Jay, was polite, funny and very helpful.He was a much needed ray if sunshine in this place which is usually operated by some rather less than enthusiastic people whom seem to be bothered by your presence ( I e even had the owner throw shade my way many times )Jay even signed me up for the stores “Loyalty Program”, that saves you a significant amount of money and for the many years I’ve have frequented this establishment, HAD NO CLUE EXISTED!Jay was more than happy to take the few extra SECONDS to set this up for me.I would also like to add that during my interaction with this joyful, and very handsome young man, the owner sat at a desk a few feet away shooting daggers his way…If looks could kill!I looked as if the owner was bothered and dare I say JEALOUS, of the extra attention Jay gave the few customers, including yours truly.Anyhoo…Even though my interactions ( in the past ) with the angry young lady I usually have to endure or the unnecessarily rude owner have been taxing, Jay made the sun shine through the clouds and the rain go away!I will be coming back SPECIFICALLY because of him!And to the owner of, Now $3.50 cleaners…it was like 2.50 just a few months ago. SHEESH!chill on the hate and daggers you throw…The dude is doing a phenomenal job and is helping your business thrive in these crazy times…You should be grateful that you have someone so willing to actually smile and bring more of us in the door! And if Jay ever sees this, I’m the curly haired ( brunette ) with the tie dye american flag mask and blue framed glasses…With such a personality and being a handsome- charm monster,I doubt a cutie like Jay is without a gf but I would take him out for a milkshake ANYTIME!

I can’t believe these people charged me $10 to “fix” the pants loop. The way they sew it, my five-year-old could do, and even better! And on top of that, I dropped the pants on Friday, and they told me to come back on Wednesday. And guess what? I came back on Wednesday, and the pants weren’t ready! Awful, awful service!
