Excellent food on visit last week!The chicken fajitas, chips, and drinks were wonderful.Joaquin and Maddie took care of us.They are both just amazing, and are always bringing us fresh chips, drinks, etc.We always look forward to going here each week.The bartenders are excellent also.I had several Mojitos, and a lemon drop shot – all very tasty.We will be coming back again next week.Thanks to everyone working at Borracha for making it such a great experience.

I highly recommend this place! The food was great! I ordered the Steak Fajitas, which were amazing. The steak was cooked perfectly, and I loved how it was presented, I had everything I needed, and it was a perfect serving for me. My boyfriend ordered the Chili Relleno and loved it! I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant, the decor was beautiful, and the service was beyond AMAZING! Tanisha (“T”) the manager showed so much love! She made us feel so welcomed and definitely made us want to come back again and again! Thank you for making our first visit so memorable!

My husband and I went for a Spa Day to celebrate our 19 year wedding anniversary on Sunday, and found Borracha at Green Valley Ranch for a late lunch after! Wow, what an awesome experience! First, shout out to our server Casey! She was friendly, fun, super attentive, took time to talk to every guest! When I told her I wanted a little chili sauce for my meal she recommended the house made habanero which was perfect..and she hunted down some sparkling water for me when they were out. She checked on us constantly and provided excellent service (so was not shocked she was originally from NY)! She even brought out a candle on the dessert to celebrate our anniversary.The food was the best Mexican I have ever had! My husband got a burrito plate and I tried their carne asada brown rice bowl. OMG it was amazing! Not at all greasy and drenched in sauce, but fresh, clean, and perfectly cooked tender meat. The balance between the meat, rice and and garnish was perfect. We ended with the friend ice cream. That is so hard to get right, the crispness of the shell with the ice cream cold but not so frozen you can’t bite into it. This was cooked perfect. To top it all off, we were pleasantly surprised when we for the check. Five star service at a three star price!I highly recommend this place, and we will definitely be back!

Our wait time was excellent. It was slow so we were seated immediately.  The margarita we ordered as mango and tasted like lemon. All of the food from the chips to the shrimp burrito to the chicken loco was overtly salty. We could not finish our meal. The manager gave a $10 credit but our server removed our margarita. So our service was excellent. The ambiance is average. Not loud but not quiet. I would not go back but to each is own.

We have been going to Borracha at least once a week for over four years.  Even when they had just opened during Covid,we went to eat there every week.   It is usually the highlight of our week.The food and service and ambiance is the best, and Borrachas could be a model for other restaurants hoping to achieve consistent excellence. Our favorite waiter is Joaquim, and he is the best in the business.  For business travel, I have dined extensively ,  and I have been to Michelin stars and acclaimed and even famous restaurants.Joaquim is personable, charming, extremely professional, and  brilliant at what he does.  He could easily train servers at those Michelin star restaurants.  He makes sure you get your food and drinks exactly the way you like them. Even when they are slammed, he takes very good care of his guests.  He is polite and charming, no matter how hectic the restaurant is.  He steps in when they are short handed-  bar tends (his drinks are great), runs food, clears table, and more.He is a big reason we  are happy  regulars there.The food is amazing, delicious, always hot,  great flavor profiles, and is really the most luscious elevated Mexican food you find.The entire staff and ambiance is so inviting  friendly, warmly elegant and fun.Along with Joaquim,  who is a superstar, the bartenders- and every person there personifies hospitality.  So many excellent staff members-  Maddie, Amanda, Hayley, and Cindy- the new manager is delightful too.  The hostesses are always welcoming and pleasant. The whole crew deserves gold stars.  No matter what, you welcome.  And the food is awesome – I recommend the tacos, enchiladas, and fajitas –  as for drinks, I love the  Slow Poke Rodriguez.  Margaritas are perfection.  If you want to have a delicious experience with amazing food and service, try Borrachas!  The crowd there is always fun and light-hearted.   If you get Joaquim as a server, consider yourself lucky!!

Went in tonight for a family dinner around 8:30 pm and was seated right away. Our waiter came over pretty quickly with menus, but after that didn’t see him for another 15 min. Had to ask the manager for our waiter ..finally gave our orders but we were frustrated at this point and asked the manager for another server. The manager decided to take over and service was great, our busser was attentive and hard working …she did more work than our original waiter.Food was great and we tipped well because service was turned around.

We have been wanting to come here for a while now and finally ventured to henderson to do so today! we absolutely loved the food but the service BLEW US AWAY. Our server’s name was Devyn (we asked her how to spell it. beautiful name for a beautiful girl!). She was an absolute delight, come to find out she’s new to the spot but you could never tell, she seems like a seasoned pro. Ask for her when you come in and you won’t be disappointed! Now on to the food: we tried the dynamite shrimp tacos as an appetizer. SO GOOD. It’s a must have and they are super unique/very flavorful. My friend got the steak tacos and I got the steak enchilada for dinner. The portions are big so we took parts of both of our entrees home with us. We saved room for the churro ice cream sandwich per our server’s recommendation and loved it. Drinks: 100/10. The margs here is in my top 5 best I’ve ever had. We will definitely be making the trek out to green valley again soon! Thanks again, Devyn!

My family took me to Borracha Mexican Cuisine inside Green Valley Ranch Casino for a pre-Mother’s Day dinner! It was a fun place and the food/drinks we had were very good! It is not your typical Mexican Restaurant & Sports Bar, at all! The Mahi Mahi dish I had was more Southwestern type dish! The fresh salsa was delicious! And the habanero salsa was really hot, but so good! There Cadillac Margarita is wonderful! Last but not least, the service was excellent! From the Managers to the servers and wait staff, we were treated outstandingly! We will definitely be back!

The service was great the food was amazing our server Ryan was the best, he made sure we had everything we need and everything was to our liking the manager Tanisha was excellent the best customer service ever not only did she make me and my family feel great she also made sure everyone in the restaurant was good by walking around and interacting with everyone if I can recommend anything the ceviche and the barbecue chicken tamales are the best thing so far on that menu definitely would go back
