I take my Airstream for servicing and their service department has been extremely helpful and responsive. The staff is friendly and makes sure all our needs are taken care of and we always pick up our Airstream cleaned and looking like new. Very happy with their service.

We bought our Airstream last year. After a few months on the road, there were some things that needed repair. We booked a service appointment at Airstream Las Vegas since we were planning on visiting the area for a few weeks. Troy was amazing! He did a walkthrough of our rig as we pointed out the things that needed to be addressed and even caught something that we had missed. We felt like we were in good hands. When we picked up our rig a few days later we were so happy with the repairs. I can’t recommend Airstream Las Vegas enough for their hard work and fantastic customer service. Had to have a repair done to the skin on my Airstream, when Airstream Las Vegas finished, it looked even better than factory new! The people there, from the time that I dropped it off until I picked it up, we’re very professional, courteous and helpful beyond measure! I would not take my Airstream anywhere else, even though we live in Boise, Idaho, it is worth the drive to have everything done right with such a great group of qualified professionals!

What can I say except a tenement on wheels is going to have its share of issues. Airstream of Las Vegas has been able to take care of all of them in a timely manner. I’m grateful as our Interstate 19 is also our main form of transportation for the family. Robin fixed a factory issue with the battery and everything is running well. Getting the pump and electrical system looked at next, so fingers crossed Airstream of Las Vegas continues to deliver. It is a great ride and super comfortable.

Outstanding onboarding. Troy was attentive to the various issues with our 2021 Airstream Globetrotter. We look forward to returning for pickup after warranty issues have been properly addressed.

Came into dealer to see about consigning my 2021 Globetrotter 25′ and 2022 International.  They say they only buy, not consign.  I went on their website and see the site says they consign.  I filled out the info and never received a response?I show up today to pick up a part I called before driving in and they said they had 3 in stock.  I get here at 2PM on a Tuesday and the parts guy is at lunch and nobody can ring me up until he is back?  Gong show???  Only one choice on Las Vegas???

Great people to work with when purchasing an Airstream. They followed thru with their promises, which is unheard of most of the time in this industry. We drove all the way from Southern California to get the best deal on our Basecamp 20X. We recommend anyone wanting an Airstream to come to this dealership. My first trip ever to an Airstream dealership turned out to be one of the best experiences I’ve had with a sales representative. John McKibbin made me feel comfortable and there was no pressure at all. I learned so much from him due to his many years in the rv business. I would recommend my friends and anyone looking to buy from the best to see him. What’s great about John is that his enthusiasm for the Airstream brand shines through. He’s that rare kind of salesperson who stands behind and believes in what he sells to his clients.

Although it was a struggle for me personally to go through buying first time due to personal reasons, I still think this place is the place to buy for a first time buyer or old.
