A wait list to be seated. I went on Mother’s Day, so it was packed. I don’t know if it is regularly like that, but it’s definitely worth the wait. I got the pan-fried dumplings, ground pork spicy noodle soup, and Mongolian beef chow mein. All were really tasty and flavorful. There was also a show of how they make the hand tossed noodles it was really fun to see.

So good! The wait can be a little long, so I’d recommend arriving early as the restaurant itself is pretty small. Service was really friendly though, and food was definitely worth the wait! The Dan Dan noodles are amazing, as well as the flat noodles that they are known for!

It’s been 4 years since my first review so here I am to give an update. Does anyone else write these reviews so they can remember for themselves what to get in the future? I’m that girl and I need this update for by next order. 🙂 Schexuan beef noodle- 5/5 stars and get it with the knife cut noods. Don’t even mess with the round tube noods. I save that for the other chong king noodle that has the ground meat in it because in my crazy head it somehow makes a lot of sense. We ordered the cold chicken appetizer in the spicy sauce and WOW OH MY GAWD. It tasted way better than when I first had it. IT was so good, I’d actually go back to just order that dish. There’s a line and a waitlist, but it moves fast.

Delicious! Food was fresh. Nothing that I wouldn’t expect. Pork belly was amazing.  Knife cut noodles have the perfect chew. Seasoning is on point. Plenty of food for the cost. The wait was about 30 minutes for a nice size booth. Not over crowded at all for 3 people. (It’s not as good as Shang Artisan Noodle but for the price and quality it’s excellent!)

Was visiting the area for a convention and wanted to try the noods here for awhile. The beef burrito was a refreshing appetizer not to heavy compared to usual Mexican burritos.. I ordered C3 and it was tasty! Beef melts in your mouth.. hubby ordered the C7 and I get to try it. It has a good kick and tasty too. Noodles are fresh and chewy. It would’ve been 5 stars if they didn’t forget about our spicy wonton appetizer.. I was waiting for it and even asked and I was told there’s a 10-12 minutes wait time which I patiently obliged.. 15 mins came and no additional order came in. Hubby re-ordered it for take out, so I don’t have a personal fresh experience on having it. The place is crowded but people come and go quick. Will recommend and maybe will bring the family here next time we visit the city.

My favorite noodle place in Vegas and maybe even in California. I wish the restaurant was bigger so that they are able to hold more tables, so it could be less of a wait to eat this delicious food. Spicy wontons- was flavorful, the filling and the wonton skin ratio was perfect. The spicy beef noodles- the brisket was to tender. The broth could’ve been more spicy. It was cooked with Szechuan peppers but didn’t give that numbing feeling that I am use to.Cucumber salad-  the cucumber was so fresh in g. It was a good pallet cleanser.King pao chicken noodles- noodles were fresh and chewy they do not skimp out on the chicken. Flavor was perfect.

Best noodle house in Vegas. Anyone and everyone would agree. Noodles are made fresh right in front of you. My personal fave is D1 with knife cut noodles- their they really soak up the sauce/ soup nicely…You can order anything on the menu and it’s gonna be a 10.  If anything’s a must it’s the spicy dumplings szechuan style( A5). They literally melt in your mouth. The staff is great, very clean,  and the food comes out fast and hot!

Magic Noodle was pretty good. The spicy beef brisket soup noodle was good since it had some of the numbing pepper oil in it. The sweet sauce noodle was too sweet. The pork-belly w/string been stir fried noodle was okay but sauce flavor wasn’t particularly to my taste. The beef roll/burrito was good but could’ve used more sauce inside. Knife cut style noodles in most of our dishes were very good! I would return.

I would’ve given 4.5 as I always think there’s room for improvements, however, our good friend vouches this place is really good and he’s right!Party of seven; we came at around 11am.  Prior to opening, there was a line of people already. We were seated though.  I trusted my friend for ordering for me as they’ve been here numerous times.  The noodles here are house-made.  You can watch it made through the glassed kitchen.  My friend ordered c-4 beef on flat noodles. Mild spice level.  A friend ordered chow mein.  We had spiced wonton noodles for appetizers.  Let me tell you, the broth is super delicious.  Packed with flavors and the beef oh so tender but no to the brink of shredding to pieces.  The servers were friendly and attentive.  Truly working hard as the place was packed after we left. Will definitely be back even though this place is mikes away from us.
