I found this business through Google when searching for plant delivery services in Vegas. I live out of state but needed to send a gift to someone in Vegas. I submitted my order on a Friday and the gift was delivered Saturday afternoon. The plant they chose was beautiful! Also, instead of ordering online you can call them and put in a phone order so that the business will get 100% of the amount paid. Staff member (I’m sorry I forgot her name) who helped me on the phone was amazing. Thank you Flowers by Michelle!

I ordered through their website an arrangement for a funeral.  I found them to be responsive through email communications when I had questions.  The arrangement was delivered in a timely manner and beautiful to say the least.    This is a great florist who pays attention to detail and provides customer service that is above and beyond.

My Aunt just passed away. I couldn’t make it to the funeral so I called Flowers by Michelle at the last minute and the we’re able to help me choose  plants  instead of flowers for the funeral to give to my cousin and hid family. I told Linele I want to have something at the funeral that they could take home with them. Linele was duper helpful in choosing Peace Lillies and Easter Lillies. She helped me get online to see what they looked like so I could make the decision. This flower shop has great customer service both in treatment of the customer and their needs. Ordered flowers for niece’s milestone birthday.   They turned out amazingly beautiful and I was told the delivery was professional and friendly!!  The recipient was impressed and surprised (it was a surprise delivery). Will definitely purchase through them again!!! Thank you for a job well done!!! The picture attached is cropped to not expose recipients name and address.

I paid for the “premium”  version of this bouquet and this was sent instead. First off the flowers sent have super tacky glitter on it (the demo version did not) and second the upgrade I paid for a premium bouquet was definitely not worth it (I paid 99 for this garbage). Never again will I purchase from this place.

I ordered a dish garden with flowers added  for my granddaughter’s first birthday party and was encouraged to look at the options on-line, which I did. I was assured that the baskets visible were what the item would look like. That was not the case, even though other items on the web site reveal baskets similar to the one I thought I would be ordering. The outcome looked off balance due to the tall narrow shape of the white basket, not what was pictured. Adding ribbon and balloons to the arrangement made it look unattractive  therefore overwhelming the container and resulting in a very unappealing unbalanced outcome. The card that was included was hand written “birthday” and the script was not attractive. During the ZOOM call with a dozen guests looking on, I was disappointed, and the mother must have been also, since she went out and bought more flowers….my face was red. I’ve taken this florist out of my directory. I can’t be present, so I need to trust the company I employ.

Usually reliable, but missed the delivery cut off on Valentine’s Day which spoiled the plan. Order placed 2 weeks in advance.

Flowers by Michelle was a delight when I needed some flowers sent to my grandma right after the new year. I don’t live in Las Vegas, and they were so helpful and kind processing the order and getting them to her. The arrangement was so beautiful it made my grandma cry.

Good service for a local delivery in northwest Las Vegas. One quick call was all it took.
