We became clients of Eric Palacios and associates and let me tell you something, Eric Palacios and associates were the worst paralegal and lawyers that you ever want to trust I would never ever go back to them for anything first of all day kept our med money and never paid it to our medical never told us about it never has informed us never sent us a copy never told us anything about any negotiations that they did with our insurance and with my accident other insurance they scammed us they dropped us like nothing after 8 months not knowing anything they ignored us through the whole time but we got them back we took our where money back and we had to figure it out on our own and solve the claim on our own lucky I don’t report them to the Nevada State bar and we all know what that is big lawsuit towards them if it would be. So please if you guys ever get into a car accident look for a personal lawyer don’t get a team cuz they will rob you blind like Eric Palacios and associates thank you….

Lawyers are very professional, knowledgeable and respectful at this place. My #1 choice when I need legal help!. By the way, Gehovany Alonso is the best at immigrational stuff I’ve known here in Las Vegas and I highly recommend him!.

It was extremely hard to get ahold of someone at that office . I would call for three days straight and wouldn’t get a call back for at least a week . They constantly lied to me and their stories never added up . It took them forever to do anything and everything regarding my case .

The law office of Eric palacios and associates, they are the firm you want to be on your side. Wether it’s personal injury, criminal defense or immigration. They are a pleasure to work with. My husband and I have been dealing with his immigration process for about 10 years. We came upon this firm and they assist us with the utmost professionalism, very friendly, they listen and they care. We liked them so much that we used them when we had a personal injury. From receptionist to the legal team. They were able to follow up with us and keep us updated on all our appointments. They helped us go through the most difficult time in our life so far. Now my husband has his resident and I am relieved that we don’t have to deal with it anymore.

I went in they were welcoming and then they told me that I could take a seat to wait that it would only be a little while. After and an hour in a half passed, I asked how long more it will take and they said a couple more minutes. Went back to take a seat. Another hour passed and I asked again they told me they were just finishing up something. Lastly, 4 hours of waiting I was tired and hungry so I got up and left. An hour later they called me because they saw I was not there (can not believe it took them an hour). And I told them how I felt and how it was ridiculous and before finishing my sentence they hung up on me.

I was Eric Palacios Associates for 4 years. The first time it was great no issues. The 2nd time they gave send me someone else files my card was lost. But yes they go the job done. 3rd time they send my documents late making me not working for 2 weeks. But they got the job done. When it was time to rehired them I called asked them if the could accommodate my need they claimed they had told me on January that they called me when it was me who called them. The case manager said yes. I would never wasted my time if they would’ve told me no! But when I called 4-15 they did not had the audacity to drop me “not move forward with my case”.  Eric Palacios Associates sucks with customers service. Pretty sure they will write back because no place wants to hear a bad review but please stop! Those who come here and experience their opinion it’s for a reason if I would of hear a no on January trust me Giovanni I would never wasted my time going to your law firm. Am still waiting for my whole case filed. Idk how your firm will find it but I need my whole case file. Your going to tell me that file only contain less then 25 pages.

Rude and incompetent. My mother needed their help with my elderly grandmother. They messed up a document and then wouldn’t fix it. Repeatedly she called to have it addressed but was constantly told no one was available to help her. After three months she decided to drop it since it was going no where. There was never an attempt to correct the issue, attitude every time she called, and no one ever once apologized. This place doesn’t even know you can’t WRITE WITH PEN over a legal document (thus making it void). They have zero concern for their clients either since they don’t bother to call back or make amends for their errors. Don’t waste your time here, they won’t care about you or your needs.

Very hard to get ahold of them for updates on my case, and interactions aren’t always pleasant. They also change breakdown amounts – tell you one thing, then when you get your check the amounts are different. Not in my favor. Never again.Update: just got a call from their office about this review, so I stated all my frustrations. In return, was told they have all the proof that my review is wrong. Not apologetic about what my experience was. You’ll probably see a reply from them shortly.

This place is horrible they are very unprofessional the customer service was the worst I’ve ever received. My case has been pending for over 2 years. With no status updates, they changed my case worker more than 2 times without even advising me. I spoke with jazmin Saldana who was extremely rude. I couldn’t get a word in without her interrupting me. Then they transfer me to a new paralegal Nelson Avila who wasn’t any help either….For your own good do yourself a favor and avoid headaches. This place is a fraud and very unprofessional. Don’t let these people persuade you to fall for their scam.

Honestly listen to the other bad reviews. Save yourself your time and money. They just want to take your money and not help you. We had an appointment for a consultation at 1:30 and were there at 1:15 didn’t get seen till 2:10. The receptionist never told us that the lawyer was running late or even gave us an estimate on how long we would wait. But she sure as hell did take those $45 before we even saw the lawyer. Best part of it all is that when the lawyer is finally ready to see you he  tells you who can and can’t go in to the consultation with you even though they are part of your family, he basically told us that there was nothing  he could do and we were out of his office in less than 8 mins. $45 for 8 damn minutes, he’s a joke.
