    Excellent customer service. All the tellers are super nice and efficient. I came in today to speak with Betsy, personal banker. Bought a CD with high rates, which is great! Very satisfied with my banking needs.West Charleston and Hualapi in the Smiths Grocery parking area.Highly recommend

    Excellent customer service. Bankers treat me with respect and seem to care. They answer all my questions & have guided me to make smart economic decisions.

    They took and processed my check told me to wait to it clear.then when it cleared they turned around and said fraud.then when I call their fraud team they say no fraud now they want to close my account and give me a cashier check and close the account after holding my money for three weeks and say I got seven to ten more days for my own money this is bad business

    What’s worse than being mistreated by your bank you may wonder. The answer is your own mother being mistreated.  ISAAC TORRES is the root of this survey.  What our middle age(non English speaking) Hispanic community looks for is guidance and support in their own language from their financial institution.  He was asked if he spoke Spanish and his answer was yes(as she doesn’t demand to be spoken to in her language but rather hopes to define someone that does).  When asked a few more complex questions (that he should have answered as every associate that speaks a language other than English must pass a  certification for) refused to answer and became irate towards her. He asked her to step aside as she was looking for a check to deposit.  Another person went by as she found the check when she approached him to finish her transactions he told her to get to the back of the line ! And before my mother could ask why Isaac just pointed to the back of the line and looked away.   I have never met a person as disgustingly rude as he was from any USBank location .   I expect this to be escalated to the current District Manager.   As well as the manner this associate  was disciplined.

    Came in for a new debit card. I’m always greeted by the bank agents when I walk it. Rarely a line. Small quaint branch. Took less then 5mins for a temporary card. Super nice customer service. Received my new card by UPS within 2 days!Thanks US Bank

    Visit this location because they allow to withdrawal money from unemployment card w/o charge. 2nd time I went for visit and withdrawal teller from first visit remembered which is always a good feeling. Especially considering 2nd visit tho assisted by someone else took longer for transaction started to worry. Needless to say no issues either time and even tho I do not have an account thru them would recommend

    Never used the drive-thru, but have gone inside to talk to the manager, on at least two times, who is pretty nice and professional. Also used the ATM, several times. Saturday branch (limited hours). But it’s busy. The line inside is long, it doesn’t matter if you’re there during the week or on saturday, the line gets long. Usually there are three CSR’s there.  Guess that’s what happened since the nearby Smiths location (Buffalo and Flamingo) closed (there was a small branch in there).Clean place. Very spacious, not really sure what the right side corner of the location is for; have never seen anyone there. Only two seats located in the corner, if you need to see the Manager. We were in his office, far left corner, one time, during the week.Small parking lot.

    ATMs are still full! Its full every Sunday and now its full on a Monday?! This is the only bank that I’ve ever been a member of that doesn’t allow me to deposit money. All of your bad reviews are about your ATMs and you haven’t fixed the issue. At this point whats the benefits of your bank if we cant even deposit our money???

    I would be remiss if I did not record another 5 stars for myvisit today – the last two timesI have come in Lucas is so on the money it impresses me- sometimesI am quick to say what’s wrong, but I am pleased today to say what is right and Lucas’ customer service. Well done !
