    I would like to congratulate this branch of  US Bank for having the wisdom to employ Ms. Kimberly Arcos. She managed an otherwise difficult matter with professionalism and a rare quality in financial institutions, grace.I walked in stressed and came out relieved.

    Went to US  Bank on Eastern Ave in Henderson to open a CD as they were offing specials on CD’s.  Stood in the lobby waiting for someone to acknowledge us or let us know they would be with us shortly…. NEVER happened!!Waited in the regular teller line as they could not avoid eye contact like the otheres.  After listening to a lot of non-business talk, we finally got someone to ask us what we needed.  After showing the mailer we received and let them know our desire to open CD’s, we were told that they were busy and couldn’t help us.  There was no sense of urgency or interest in obtaining our business.  We then drove up the street to Edward Jones who was happy to take a check for $400,000 and even offered a better rate than US Bank.  US Bank didn’t seem to care.  What they really don’t understand is that once other investments mature, there is a lot more money/retirement to invest.Edwards Jones understood that and was happy to assist.  Do yourself a favor and avoid waiting your time at US Bank as it seems they don’t need or want your business.

    This review is for service consultant Joyce L Hernandez. I had insurance claim check that had to be endorsed by the mortgage company (US Bank) in order to fix my home. I was greeted by Joyce! Unfortunately, the process can be a bit difficult due to a lot of obstacles. Joyce worked very diligently and I was well on my way after. Thank you Joyce for your great customer service. You truly show that customer service is still relevant today more than ever!

    There were 2 people ahead of me when I walked in the branch at 4:42pm. I was still in line waiting at 5:15pm. I needed to make a deposit that day so I couldn’t leave. To say was ridiculous is an understatement.

    The team members here at this location are very welcoming and professional. Establishment is well kept clean and organized. Thank you Matthew C. for accommodating me, being informative, trustworthy and efficient. I look forward to my next consultation, achieving my new financial goals and utilizing other services that I can benefit from. I highly recommend everyone to this branch for a personal and or business account.

    I go to the branch often on Durango and Warm Springs in the Von’s grocery store. The staff there is very friendly especially Veronica, Tito, and Reggie. It’s my neighborhood bank in the great Southwest. They give the best customer service.

    I have banked with US for more than a decade, it’s super easy to access my account from the app, there are tons of branches around my home including inside stores which makes it super convenient. However, this particular branch’s ATM is always full, whenever I go to deposit money it’s 9 out 10 times not accepting cash which can be frustrating. If they could empty the cash more often it would be a game changer because this location is super convenient.

    I’ve been to this branch so many times to cash my husband’s US Bank paycheck that is issued by US Bank. He has his business account with them. Since this branch is the closest to home I always go here to cash his check and to do many transactions. I do go to other branches too to cash my husbands US Bank paycheck. So today was no different entering into this branch to cash his check: my husband is the only account holder for his business account but we are both on our personal checking account. I requested that his check to be available as I’ve done all the time. My teller was Avi. I told her it is a US bank paycheck of my husband which his business account is with you guys. She looked at the Check and said she can’t make the check available unless my husband is with me. I asked her why? She said as long as I want it available today he has to be present: I told her that I’ve done this many times and never had an issue until today. She then asked the teller next to her Maria. She too said the same thing. I asked to speak to a Manager or Supervisor. They both said that there was no one in to speak me but to come back tomorrow. I asked if they could call another branch to verify since I’ve cashed his checks at other locations, they said no. They told me the policy changed and I said since last month??? Maria said it changes all the time. They both told me I could drive to another branch to cash his check. Why? I’m there and all they needed to do was call. Anyways, I did go to another branch and yes, they cashed it without problems. I told the teller what happened, the teller said, I was right since my husband is on both accounts. I wasted gas and time to go to another branch, if Maria and Avi just called another branch I would’ve avoided time and gas. Thanks Maria and Avi for not listening to a loyal customer and for not trying to help.oh and by the way I had to click 1 star but if I didn’t have to, I would’ve left if as 0 stars.
