Tide Cleaners

The first time I bought it, I left it to be washed, but I don’t know whose mistake it was, but it was dry-cleaned. The jacket was a mess and I complained to the manager(Mario Bran), so now I washed it according to the order. It has shrunk and the lining seems to have shrunk a lot. When I asked what happened to the (attached) ticket, they said that the type of jacket uses a dry cleaning code, even if it is washed. crazy!!! There was not a single word of apology, and since this was the best, they said to bring a jacket. It’s completely crap. I will make claims as long as I can.

I will definitely not use this place again! Without going into detail; One of the female employees is rude and confrontational. The manager does not seem to care about losing my business because of it. I informed him of my bad experience with his employee and I was taking my clothes back, he just said “Okay have a wonderful day”. I get it we all have bad days, but don’t take it out on the customer!

I used to get uniforms dry cleaned for years at this location and now they have changed their policy where they do not clean any clothing with bio matter on it. Half of the time my uniforms don’t look clean and would still have stains on them. This Tide place is not a full device dry cleaners that they claim to be on their website. Management is always rude when why it changed all of a sudden. Wouldn’t go here and lost a loyal client.

I’ve been bringing my laundry and dry cleaning here since October of last year. I’m so impressed by their quality and service! The price is reasonable also. They always give me warning regarding fading which I appreciate. I always get by clothes back the next day if it’s a really large order two days at the most. And the bonus they come to my car! I highly recommend them!

I bring my uniform here every week or so and just thought I’d say I’ve always had a great experience! Every person has been super friendly! Very helpful when needed too. I appreciate them all for taking care of my stuff and always making it a fast easy process!!

I brought in a suit to be cleaned. Plus I had them lower the hem of the pants. I picked it up, and saw that they did lower the hem, but didn’t even attempt to iron out the remaining creases. So I brought it back. They said no problem, they will fix it, and it will be ready the next day no extra charge. I went back three days later, and they said it wasn’t ready, it would be another three days. I went back additional days after that and gave them the claim slip. They handed me not just my pair of pants, but also an additional pair that was not mine. From my slip showing one item, they were also additionally giving me someone else’s clothes!I pointed out only one was mine. Then I looked at my pants. One leg looked perfect. The other leg still had the crease. So it was fixable, they just didn’t once again finish fixing their work. So much for their huge signs showing their inspection stations that insures their work is done correctly. I took my pants. No way will I trust them to care for any of my clothes, or trust they will be returned to me. Let alone properly do the work I pay for them!

First time using this dry cleaners service. It was a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely welcoming and explained the entire cleaning process. This cleaners is unlike any other I’ve used in the past because they offer lockers to store you clothing should you come after hours or before the they open. Your given a laundry bag, which, is made of high quality that is marked with your name for is easy identification. My clothes were ready on time as promised, and were neatly organized. I will definitely be utilizing their service in the future and will recommend them to friends and family.

I have been coming here for three years now. I loved it until today. Jose at the counter was not helpful. I walked in and he already pre-judged me. Maybe because I am black? But little did he know I am also Puerto Rican and Dominican and he was being prejudice to his own kind. He even made me count my own pieces as if I had koodies. These things make me angry but then I get super sad.

This Tide on Blue Diamond is always so good.  I’ve done a lot of my dry cleaning through them.  Was waiting to review until after about ten times!  Each time they come out nice and clean so you get what you pay for!  Also, they can be super fast…like next day fast!  I never need my stuff that soon.  I drop off and come pick up a week or two later but they do do fast service if you need it.  Always friendly!  Inside looks clean.   They have a nice drive thru that’s quick as well.  AND they usually have always to get coupons…through the Valpaks in the mail or the app and even a %off once a month if you do the review at the bottom of your receipt.   Great service!  I will continue to use them!
