I came in for a new nighty, and somehow walked out of there with much more. Cierra is quite possibly the best salesperson ever, very complimentary while trying items on, as well as honest. She’s my go to gal over there. Her suggestions were on point. Makes the shopping experience so much better!! Thank you Cierra!!

Terrible store. Everytime I been to the love store, the products are overcharged and don’t work. I just bought a 200.00 item and it shocked me going inside. It was the worst feeling in the world and I’m currently talking to lawyers. The love store told me there was nothing they could do. Go to the adult superstore. Better prices, better items, and better customer service

I went in there to find a valentines gift for my girlfriend but I couldn’t decide on what to get because they had so much to look at. The cashier Kenzie was very knowledgeable and very helpful with picking out the perfect gift for my girlfriend. I ended up choosing this leather dress that my gf ended up loving. I’m definitely coming back, the customer service here is awesome !

I was curious to come into the love store and it’s a good thing I did because luckily Spencer B. Was working that day when I did. He made me feel very comfortable so I had lots of questions and he was very patient and took the time to answer all my questions. I have to say I will be coming back soon and I hope to see him again.
