This was the worst service. First we waited 1.5h until the plates came out (by the time we wanted to walk out, other places were all closed) and then the waiter never checked on us, apologized. No one (not one manager) came out to acknowledged and offered alternative options… and to top that, they never told us that one of the dishes we ordered (one of 4) wasn’t available. That was the dish we anticipated the most. And the food was good but not worth the wait.

Watery Malai Kofta, very pathetic food. I also ordered Onion bhajji for to-go, they didn’t give chutney. I called in to report, and manager was nothing but unreasonable. I was told I need to ask for thick gravy and chutney

Don’t order the delivery from this place , food arrived missing rise and I refused to take the order, the restaurant still charged me , horrible service, never again

Pure Indian Cuisine is true to its name as they have a great lineup of  items from appetizers thru deserts. They offer traditional vegetarian cuisine, creative vegan fare and also extend it to multiple meat entrees. We had a food tasting scheduled for my nieces wedding to be held in their banquet hall in the fall. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was and its presentation. AJ the owner is very nice and attended to our group. He checked in after each course to get our critique and insure the flavors were what we wanted. They paid particular attention to detail in everything we requested. Starters: Poppers with 2 different chutneys of herby Cilantro and sweet spicy tamarind. Appetizers: Vegan Samosas made with crushed lentils and potato. It tasted meaty and the crust held together nicely. A colorful vegan tandoori like dish of cauliflower florets sautéed and served on a bed of onions was a nice surprise. Vegan Entrees:  Chenna (chickpea) masala and Potato pea curry were very lightly seasoned over Zeera (cumin seed) basmati rice. Meat Entrees: Tandoori boneless chicken and a saucy creamy Butter Chicken. Desert: Gulab jamun (fried donut balls) in a light flavored cardamom sugar syrupKheer (creamy rice pudding) The whole food ensemble was deliciously flavored and every entree had its own uniquely different taste from the other. Presentation of each dish was enticing. Service was professional, food served hot and surroundings in their private room were a special touch! I did get a look at their buffet which was plentiful with a vast array of items both vegan and meat to satisfy everyone’s diets and taste!

Well here I am writing a review because it’s that crappy of service.  I frequent restaurants for lunch often and have been here several times since they opened. I came in yesterday for lunch. Waiter came over I asked for lemons for my water.  He delivers limes on a plate and they charge me 4 dollars for limes. I usually spend anywhere from 20 to $30 on lunch so not a issue for monies but the principle.  They did NOT have tikki chicken but had butter chicken instead.   Will not return to this place.

What a place to eat food and see the landing and take off of planes . It feels like you are eating in a airport and watching it through the big window of non stop excitement lol. They have a lot of options during lunch buffet and food was ok . The service was par excellent and that made a huge difference. Constant attention to us and regular checking to see if we need any thing else is an example of superb customer service . Do not park in other restaurant’s parking place , you can find on other side many empty parking or in the garage. Restaurant is on second floor.I need to try it for the dinner to see the nightly view and try dishes from menu .

We did not receive one of our items and called the store to see if we could find a solution (actually receive item, we could pick it up, etc) and was met with the worse customer service I’ve ever received. First the woman on the phone accused us of lying, then told us it was the door dasher who stole the item and that she packed everything perfectly. I’ll never order or patron this restaurant again. Absolutely terrible customer service. Food is mediocre at best too.

The service was excellent and the the view was everything. The food was pretty good I will definitely come back and try the buffet.  The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because I thought the rice had too much cumin seeds and I kept biting into them.

The food quantity is depressing. We paid better for more food in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. I feel like if we ordered a side of basmati rice it would have been in these small containers as well.This is VEGAS!! .. ain’t paying over $100 for 4 small items again.

Every time we come, Pure wins best Indian buffet in food, service and beer choice! The lentils, tandoori chicken and paneer stand out! For beer, Woodpecker is from India and compliments the food with some light, refreshing bubbles! The people are always friendly, fast and accommodating.
