Phil Virga is a Registered United States Patent Attorney with over twenty-years working directly with inventors in preparing and prosecuting domestic and international patent applications primarily within the electrical, software and mechanical arts. Phil earned both B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Northridge in 1983 and 1987 respectively. Phil’s knowledge base includes inventions in areas of wireless communication, hardware, software and mobile applications.
