Customer service was amazing! Ingird was so helpful and the selection was gorgeous. They found a box of tile in Texas that we needed to complete our kitchen the way we wanted and we couldn’t be more thrilled. It was a joy to go in the store to browse and even more to purchase tile for our dream house. We highly recommend them and are so happy with our purchase!

This year we were doing a total gutting of our house. Everything was demoed, from cabinets to bathroom vanities to flooring. It was like watching HGTV. We thought we would go with quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms and ceramic floor tile throughout the house. We had been working on designing the interior for quite some time. While trying to finalize our quartz and tile selections, we realized we weren’t enamored with our choices. We decided to continue looking for something we liked better. Once we walked into Pacific West Flooring, we noticed some different-looking products. An employee, Dain Griffin, came to help us. We said we loved this porcelain tile and that it was too bad it didn’t come in large slabs for our showers or kitchen island. Dain said they had a ton of slabs out back. We went to look and were blown away! The porcelain slabs were much more unique than quartz or granite and were also lower in cost. We found two different slabs we loved for our countertops and another two for our shower walls that were a little off-beat. When Pacific West has product that is running low on inventory, they usually put it on sale. My wife found two attractive tiles for the bathroom next to her office, both selling at more than half off!A beautiful light-gray porcelain floor tile with a subtle pattern was the choice for our entire house. The store only had about 1500 sq. feet of 32×32 inch tile for a diamond-pattern in our large room areas. And, it was at almost 50% of the regular price. We bought about another 1500 sq. ft. of the same tile but in a 16×32″ size. Even though they had a fair amount of the smaller tile at the store, they put that on sale for us, also! We also wanted to make a large wall in our great room a feature wall. Dain suggested a textured porcelain tile they had arriving in 2-3 weeks from Spain. He felt it would go well with a 100-inch electric fireplace we were putting in the wall below a huge flat-screen TV. He was right!What really made Pacific West Flooring a 5-star location was the cordialness of everyone who worked there, along with their knowledge of their products. If Dain wasn’t it, long-time employee “Magic” would help us. The store’s policies regarding purchasing tile make it much easier for the customer. We could reserve a portion of tile which only made us responsible for spending that much money at the store, but not necessarily on the product that we reserved. That was good for us because, at the time, we didn’t know how many slabs of tile we needed or if we could come up with a design for two different floor tile sizes that we liked.Dain, nor anybody at the store, ever was pushy. Dain, and Magic, gave us suggestions and voiced their opinions. They were very helpful. We feel very fortunate that we walked into Pacific Flooring. Oh, they also open at 7:00 am for you early birds!

By far the best flooring and countertop store in Las Vegas,they’re customer service is outstanding,Theyre selection is huge ,I highly recomend for not only tile and backsplash but for countertops also!i remodeled my home and get nothing but compliments..

Had an excellent experience with Pacific West Flooring. I was initially referred their but first visited 3 other stores to get my own opinion. I ended up buying my flooring from them as they had the best products, pricing and Griffin, our sales person, was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. David and Gabby were also great to work with. I won’t hesitate to go back for any future projects.

Great experience with them as soon as I walked in. they were all welcoming and helpful. I went with a waterproof type of flooring because I have a pool, kids, dogs, etc. so I had an idea what I had already wanted so I jumped right into it.  I picked out the color, got everything scheduled the color was in stock so it was only gonna be a couple days for it to be delivered at door service. Everything went smooth. I have nothing to complain about. For the installation I did go with my own contractor.

This place is amazing!  Great selection and Great prices!   The service and selection were both excellent.   Will only buy my flooring from this place !   David and Griffin took care of me for my whole house floor tile, fireplace, and bathroom!   Quality and service top notch!

We were in search of large porcelain slabs for our fireplace. We looked at many local tile vendors and we are so glad that we found Pacific West. They have the best  selection of beautiful tiles at an affordable price. Overall experience was exceptional…highly recommended!

Amazing service from outstanding employees; Ingrid and Perla are superstars. The owner is friendly, the prices are great and the quality for the price is hard to beat. Knowing they’re around the corner from my properties make me want to do more remodels. Cold water bottles also hit the spot…think I’m well known for asking. 🙂
