Einstein Bros. Bagels

The service was horrible and so were the bagels. I go to the other location but this one was closest to me so I went here. The bagels were small and cold and hard and the bagel sandwich wasn’t cut in half like they usually do. I felt like it was rushed when they made it. Would not recommend this location, poor service.

I guess nothing makes me more upset and willing to write a review more then a cashier on there phone while checking you out! Customer service is struggling right now.Cashed not only was on her phone, but the managers actions where the original reason behind writing in today. As a young lady who worked there miss counting 15 bengals instead of 12 for each box. The lack of self awareness of this Manager was outstanding. I can’t believe they way she made the young lady feel so bad and talk down to her. Especially in front of a store full of people. I obviously could hear the entire conversation. Was a complete fear based tactic and demeaning management style! I hope this to be fix because I won’t support the degradation of employees.

Came here on a Saturday morning, for some reason they got really behind.  Took 30 mins for a bagel sandwich and a muffin warm.  When I got my food they switched out the bagel I wanted because they didn’t have any more, even though they did when I ordered it, and the muffin I asked for warm was cold.  Literally, nothing was how I wanted it.  Usually, the service isn’t bad, but if it’s busy I would just expect a longer than usual wait, and chances are your order isn’t going to be cared for the way you asked.  I would just hope for better service, as I try to treat ppl how I’d like to be treated.

I asked for bagel toasted and it was not.  The cream cheese was so thick that you could barely taste the lox

My first time here. I will definitely be back. Had an apple cinnamon bagel and vanilla hazelnut coffee. Both very yummy, but what will make me return is the friendliness of the staff here this morning!

Check your order before you leave. I didn’t and missing several items. After waiting 41 mins you just want to get out of there…

It’s probably hard for them to really mess up bagels but service and cleanliness leave a lot to be desired at this location. It makes this a bagel takeout option only for me moving forward. Years ago they could put up two signs: order here and pickup. I stood in line where you order wasn’t acknowledged and when woman finally comes to register she says a guy standing in the pickup area is next umm maybe but no he wasn’t standing in the order line not my problem but wound up being so but not going to argue with the people. It is just my last visit for anything more than a bucket of bagels for the office. Oh forgot to mention a lobby attendant must not exist for as long as tables sit dirty.

This manager here is the ABSOLUTE WORST! She is always so rude no matter when we go or how busy it is. We asked for our sweet bagels in a separate bag and she groaned and huffed because she has started to them in the box. She took them out of the box and threw them back in the bin and then grabbed a bag. She is always so unpleasant. The only reason we come back is Beach use we love the bagels.

Our experience here was really tough.  The worker audibly laughed at my husband’s order and was rude and dismissive. why are you making us feel bad about ordering food? and then the sandwich wasn’t made right and made me throw up. awful.

Out of four employees on the floor the only one to acknowledge any of them customers was the cashier. That isn’t good customer relations. I ordered two beagles to go and it cost me $6.30 and they were much much smaller than I imagined. At the grocery store bagels are maybe $1.00 each and much bigger, better value for your money after all they’re just bagels. Robert thank you for responding to my review.
