Creative Bridal Wear

On 5/11/2023 my husband and I were married at Bliss Chapel in Las Vegas.  Upon advice of the concierge I dealt with at Bliss Chapel I got in touch with Veronica as I had a wedding dress and my husband had a tux that we worried would get all wrinkled as we were flying to Vegas from New York.  I spoke with Veronica who put me at ease and told me to crinkle it up so it fit into a carry-on, not to worry, and that she would have it steamed perfectly for the wedding the afternoon after we arrived the night before.  Furthermore, when the steaming was done my dress was delivered to the chapel (since I was getting dressed there) and my husband’s tux was delivered to the hotel.  I can’t thank Veronica and Kelly (who I also spoke to)  enough for helping our day go off without a hitch and making it the most memorable day ever!!!!

Lack of communication.   These guys never answer their phone.  Booked fitting appointment via email as they do not answer the phone.  Rented a gown and tuxedo.  The gown was altered then delivered to hotel.  The top of the gown was way too big and was not altered correctly.  They would not answer the phone and I had to be safety pinned into the dress.  My wedding photos look awful due to the gown not fitting correctly. They never did respond to my voice mail I left before the wedding.  I emailed to determine if they Recieved the gown back.   I have not heard from them.

Where do I start…. I had such a wonderful experience and Veronica is the BEST! I was stressed and she came to the rescue with the PERFECT dress. I love y’all, thanks for taking care of my husband, family and I! Veronica, your the real MVP! Thank you!

Accommodated us last minute. Their gowns were beautiful and I got exactly what I wanted. My husband’s tux looked great. We didn’t even have to return them to the store. They let us leave them with the bell desk at The Mirage. Easy and the staff was great. Picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Veronica, is AMAZING!! This place has beautiful dresses! They go all out and help you find the dress of your dreams. They don’t rush you. Veronica had so much patience. I fell in love with Creative Bridal. My further husband, also found his tux and he was treated amazingly. I highly recommend you go here for all tour Bridal & Groom accessories. I love it!

As most brides know, the search for the perfect dress isn’t always easy, so I am extremely grateful that Kelly and her team were able to help me find and alter mine to ensure I felt beautiful. They also special ordered a tux for my now husband, as the color we wanted was not something they normally have in stock at the store. Thank you again Kelly and team, for the love and support in helping us prepare for our special day!

Have known Veronica for several years. This is such a great business I must recommend it to anyone planning a Vegas wedding.
