I can see now how CHASE BANK got its name! They chase away their customers! That’s why I’m going to be closing my account once my direct deposit gets switched to my new bank.Some Chase banks have no tellers & the employees treat you like Shit.You chased me away Chase & I’ll stay far away from you soon!! Yahoo

How do all your atms not work? Jesus Christ I went to two branches and your guys atm card readers didn’t work.

How is it possible that 5 out of the 5 chase atms are out of order? I’m convinced all chase atms do not work in Vegas.

Lady at the counter wanted every reason to not cash my check. She had some kind of attitude towards me for no reason. Thank you Chase so much

Went in to get some statements for a closed checking  account and was originally helped by a lady named, Prosper. I’m unsure if she was new which I can understand her mistakes but her professionalism was extremely poor. A very rude lady, who appeared miserable with low energy, no smile & on autopilot. I was constantly told I’m wrong (referring to my account number). I finally requested for a manager, Nikki, who took care of my request within minutes.What should have been a 5 minute encounter, led to a 45+ one which could have been upwards to a few hours since Prosper was giving me the run around.Nikki the manager was great. Prosper needs some training.

Everyone here was so friendly! Keesha in particular was phenomenal at helping us set up a bank account that was so kind and helpful in answering our questions!

Came on a Friday to add a signer to an existing account. The only employees in the branch were tellers. Waited in line to be told that we needed the assistance of a banker, and that there were none working that day. Called the 800 number to see what we could do and were told we could try another bank. Not sure if they meant another branch or to take our business to a competitor.

No one seems to know what they are doing at this bank. They make banking inconvenient and difficult and they love to waste your time.

Just came out of Chase Bank at the Camino al Norte branch.  The customer service was so horrible I will be closing all of my accounts.

The other day I needed to deposit a check. So I went inside of the bank. Instead of using the atm etc.I was greeted by the 2 lovely ladies. I received excellent customer service.Everything was smooth & easy going.The bank is clean. There was not a lot of people at the bank the time that I went in.Dejaya the bank teller was super kind. I was having a hard time that day I was missing my late Mother. It was so hard to keep any tears back.Yet Ms Dejaya was a true gem. She let me know it was her Father’s Anniversary Passing Month. She completely understood how I was feeling. She gave me tissues & verbal comfort.She was more than a bank teller at that moment. She was an Angel that I needed & that could relate unto what I was going through at that very moment.I highly recommend this location & Ms Dejaya the next time you need to do some banking at Chase.Thank you once again!
