Jan 2020 I had neck injection. Guy messed something up and I ended up with a huge hematoma and a hospital visit to boot when I couldn’t breath or swallow. They are still harassing me for fees my insurance already paid as well as fraudulently charging for services never rendered. Only did one follow up in January but they are saying I saw them through march. These are false claims. Please review your bill in depth. There’s injections listed i never got.

I am now getting bills for a “completely covered by your insurance” care I was receiving from the Wellness Center. I have called the office six times (to include the “contractor”) and been to the office three times. The mangers have been given different reasons to give me for why I am getting billed, but that has not yet to seemed to have registered that they are getting different excuse.

might want to look to a more ethical place.

It’s 2023 and you are telling me I can’t pay my bill online or over the phone?? You want me to print the bill you sent via email and then mail it you? Absolutely not! Call me when you want your money because it’s ridiculous to expect someone to do all that. Also I had the lady in all the pictures and she was terrible. Talked over me and more about herself.. asking me to take my mask off because she prefers to see faces? Wtf.. then I waited over a month to switch and see dr Campbell, for what? He came in the room I told him what’s going on and he said okay see yah next time. That’s it!! Maybe I just have bad luck but this place needs to take those lying billboards down.

My treatment seemed to be fine, but I was told in June 2022 that there’s no co-pay because it was just a consult. Now in Feb. 2023 and I’m confused. I called the number on the bill & it’s just a billing service & was sent back to the Buffalo office. Their system is fully automated without a billing option, so I left a vm 2 weeks ago without a call. I’ve tried the call back option, but never got a call back & the person on the chat keeps telling me to call that TX number again. This is criminal behavior & my next call is the NV Consumers Affairs Dept.

It is crazy that this office even knows how to schedule an appointment. When you finally get to their office to be seen they don’t explain things very well and then the providers don’t know what is going on. I was told that I could go upfront and schedule my procedure to find out that they schedulers in the front don’t even do that. They will take my information and send it to another department to submit to my insurance. They don’t even give you a timeframe for how far out that they are scheduling procedures. I waited 5 business days to follow back with the office top find out that they waiting til end of business on day 5 to submit to my insurance. I still don’t have any clarification about the procedure as that wasn’t explained well when we were there. I am hoping that I don’t have conflicting procedures so that it delays this procedure. I really hope that things get better at this office or else I maybe really screwed. So far horrible experience and I pray they don’t botch my procedure.

I have been going to this place for almost two years. Drs Campbell and Alexander are great! I was diagnosed with cervical radiculopathy. The procedures I went through at the Surgery Center in Durango have helped with my pain management, for the most part.
I rate the center for wellness and pain at N Buffalo three stars because of the wait. Every time I go there for post-procedure appointments, I wait an average of one hour; even if I get there a few minutes before the scheduled appointment time. I had to leave before the provider could see me last time (a few days ago) as I have to be somewhere one and a half hours after the scheduled appointment time. It IS frustrating! Because of the horrible wait time, I’m thinking of trying another pain clinic.
